Claims (14)
- 폴리옥시메틸렌 또는 다수의 옥시메틸렌 단위를 함유하는 공중합체를 포함하는 성형 물질로 형성된 성형물의 굴곡 인성(flexural toughness)을 개선하기 위한, 상기 성형 물질에서의 폴리-1,3-다이옥세판, 폴리-1,3-다이옥솔란, 폴리테트라하이드로퓨란 또는 이들의 혼합물의 용도.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 성형 물질로부터 형성된 성형물의 굴곡 인성을 개선하는 것이 파단 신율을 증가시키는 것을 포함하는, 용도. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리-1,3-다이옥세판, 폴리-1,3-다이옥솔란, 폴리테트라하이드로퓨란 또는 이들의 혼합물이, 폴리옥시메틸렌 또는 다수의 옥시메틸렌 단위를 함유하는 공중합체 및 폴리-1,3-다이옥세판, 폴리-1,3-다이옥솔란, 폴리테트라하이드로퓨란 또는 이들의 혼합물의 합을 기준으로, 1 내지 16 중량%의 양으로 사용되는, 용도. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
10000 내지 150000 g/mol의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리-1,3-다이옥세판이 사용되는, 용도. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
20,000 내지 200,000 g/mol의 범위의 중량-평균 몰 질량(Mw)을 갖는 폴리옥시메틸렌 공중합체가 사용되고, 상기 중합체를 기준으로, 이의 90 중량% 이상은, 단량체로서의 트라이옥산 및 부탄다이올 포말 및 조절제로서의 부틸알로부터 유도되고, 이때 부탄다이올 포말의 비율은, 상기 중합체를 기준으로, 1 내지 30 중량% 범위이고, 부틸알의 비율은, 상기 중합체를 기준으로, 0.01 내지 2.5 중량% 범위이며, 이때 중량%는 상기 공중합체를 기준으로 하는, 용도. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리옥시메틸렌 공중합체의 중량-평균 몰 질량(Mw)이 30,000 내지 60,000 g/mol, 바람직하게는 40,000 내지 50,000 g/mol이고/이거나 수-평균 분자량(Mn)이 5,000 내지 18,000 g/mol, 바람직하게는 8,000 내지 16,000 g/mol, 특히 10,000 내지 14,000 g/mol인, 용도. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리옥시메틸렌 공중합체의 Mw/Mn 비가 3 내지 5, 바람직하게는 3.5 내지 4.5의 범위인, 용도. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 성형 물질은,
성분 B1.1로서, 60,000 내지 200,000 g/mol 범위의 중량-평균 몰 질량(Mw)을 갖는 폴리옥시메틸렌 단독- 또는 공중합체 10 내지 90 중량%, 및
성분 B1.2로서, 10,000 내지 60,000 g/mol 범위의 중량 평균 몰 질량(Mw)을 갖는 폴리옥시메틸렌 공중합체 10 내지 90 중량%
를 포함하는 혼합물을 포함하는, 용도. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체를 기준으로, 성분 B1.1의 90 중량% 이상이, 단량체로서의 트라이옥산 및 임의로 부탄다이올 포말로부터, 바람직하게는 단량체로서의 트라이옥산 및 부탄다이올 포말로부터 유도되고, 이때 부탄다이올 포말의 비율은, 상기 중합체를 기준으로, 1 내지 5 중량%, 바람직하게는 2 내지 3.5 중량%, 특히 2.5 내지 3 중량%의 범위인, 용도. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체를 기준으로, 성분 B1.2의 90 중량% 이상이, 단량체로서의 트라이옥산 및 임의로 부탄다이올 포말로부터, 바람직하게는 단량체로서의 트라이옥산 및 부탄다이올 포말로부터 유도되고, 이때 부탄다이올 포말의 비율은, 상기 중합체를 기준으로, 2.7 내지 30 중량%, 바람직하게는 2.8 내지 20 중량%, 특히 3 내지 17 중량%의 범위인, 용도. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
A) 40 내지 70 부피%의 소결가능한 분쇄 금속 또는 소결가능한 분쇄 금속 합금 또는 소결가능한 분쇄 세라믹 또는 이들의 혼합물; 및
B) 30 내지 60 부피%의 결합제
를 포함하는 성형 물질이 사용되며, 이때 상기 결합제는
B1) 성분 B의 총량을 기준으로 50 내지 97 중량%의 하나 이상의 폴리옥시메틸렌 단독중합체 또는 공중합체;
B2) 성분 B의 총량을 기준으로 2 내지 35 중량%의 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀; 및
B3) 성분 B의 총량을 기준으로 1 내지 40 중량%의 폴리-1,3-다이옥솔란, 폴리-1,3-다이옥세판 또는 폴리테트라하이드로퓨란 또는 이들의 혼합물
의 혼합물을 포함하고,
첨가되는 B1), B2) 및 B3)의 합은 최대 100 중량%인, 용도. - 폴리옥시메틸렌 또는 다수의 옥시메틸렌 단위를 함유하는 공중합체를 포함하는 성형 물질로부터 형성된 성형물의 굴곡 인성을 개선하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 성형 물질에 폴리-1,3-다이옥세판, 폴리-1,3-다이옥솔란, 폴리테트라하이드로퓨란 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 성형 물질 및 상기 폴리-1,3-다이옥세판, 폴리-1,3-다이옥솔란, 폴리테트라하이드로퓨란 또는 이들의 혼합물은 제 4 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 것인, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 성형 물질.
