도 2는 본 발명의 가공 장치를 구성하는 증숙부를 나타낸 개략도이다.

Claims (7)
- 농산물이 수용되는 수용 공간이 마련된 수용부; 및
상기 수용 공간에 가열된 수증기를 제공하는 증숙부;
를 포함하는 가공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수용 공간에 설치되고 상기 농산물을 지지하는 복수의 채반;을 포함하고,
상기 증숙부에는 상기 수증기에 해당하는 스팀을 생성하는 스팀 생성기, 각 채반의 아랫면에 대면 설치되는 밑판, 상기 밑판에 형성되고 상기 스팀 생성기에 연결된 스팀 홀이 마련되며,
상기 밑판은 단면이 'V' 형으로 형성되고,
상기 스팀 홀은 밑판에서 움푹 파인 골에 형성되는 가공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 증숙부의 동작이 완료되면 상기 농산물을 건조시키는 건조부;를 포함하는 가공 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 수용 공간에 설치되고 상기 농산물을 지지하는 채반;을 포함하고,
상기 건조부에는 상기 수용 공간 내의 공기를 가열하는 히터가 마련되며,
상기 채반과 상기 건조부의 사이에는 상기 건조부의 복사열이 상기 채반으로 전파되는 것을 방지하는 방지판이 마련되고,
상기 채반과 상기 수용부의 내면 사이에는 상기 히터에 의해 가열된 공기가 유동되는 유로가 형성되는 가공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수용 공간에 설치되고 상기 농산물을 지지하는 채반; 및
상기 증숙부의 동작이 완료되면 상기 농산물을 건조시키는 건조부;를 포함하고,
상기 채반에서 상기 농산물에 접촉되는 바닥에는 열선이 설치되며,
상기 열선은 상기 건조부의 동작이 완료되면 동작하는 가공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 증숙부의 동작이 완료되면 상기 농산물을 건조시키는 건조부;
상기 건조부의 동작이 완료되면 상기 농산물을 굽는 로스팅부; 및
상기 로스팅부의 동작이 완료되면 상기 농산물을 분쇄하는 분쇄부;를 포함하는 가공 장치.
- 농산물을 증숙하는 단계;
증숙된 상기 농산물을 건조시키는 단계;
건조된 상기 농산물을 굽는 단계; 및
구워진 상기 농산물을 분쇄하는 단계;
를 포함하는 가공 방법.
