Claims (6)
- 페인팅된 물품으로서,
기재 및 페인트 층 사이의 프라이머 층 (여기서 상기 기재는, 0.89 g/cm3 및 0.92 g/cm3 의 밀도를 갖는, 폴리프로필렌 폴리머 및 올레핀 블록 코폴리머를 포함하는 기재 형성 조성물의 산물임)을 포함하고,
상기 기재는, (1) 프탈레이트계 가소제, (2) 할로겐-함유 폴리머, 및 (3) 스티렌 모노머 유래의 침출가능한, 소형 폴리머 단위가 없는, 페인팅된 물품. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 페인트 물품의 최외측 표면은 ISO 2409에 따라, 0 인 부착도 스코어를 갖고, 이레이저(eraser) 마모도 시험의 10 주기를 통과하는 능력으로 예증된 응집성 적층분리에 대한 내성을 갖는, 페인팅된 물품.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 기재 형성 조성물은, 상기 기재 형성 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 적어도 15 중량%의 상기 폴리프로필렌 및 적어도 15 중량%의 상기 올레핀 블록 코폴리머를 포함하고,
상기 올레핀 블록 코폴리머는 에틸렌 및 C3-20 알파-올레핀의 코폴리머인, 페인팅된 물품. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 기재 형성 조성물은, 상기 기재 형성 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 적어도 19 중량%의 상기 폴리프로필렌 및 81 중량% 미만의 상기 올레핀 블록 코폴리머를 포함하고,
상기 올레핀 블록 코폴리머는, 중합 에틸렌성 작용기 및 C3-20 알파-올레핀 작용기에 관하여, 단부 대 단부(end-to-end)로 결합하는, 화학적으로 분화된 단위를 포함하는, 페인팅된 물품. - 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 프탈레이트계 가소제 없는 페인트로 기타 표면 처리 없이 페인팅되고, 그리고 상기 페인트 층은 SEBS계 및/또는 SBS계 페인트 및 아크릴 또는 아크릴-변형된 페인트 중 하나를 포함하는, 페인팅된 물품.
- 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 페인팅된 물품은 장난감, 신발류, 가구, 스포츠 물품, 개스킷, 의류, 호스 또는 튜빙, 및 소비자 전자 장치 또는 기기용 성분 중 적어도 하나인, 페인팅된 물품.
