상기 근거리 시각부는 상기 주렌즈부의 광학 배율에 대하여 추가 배율을 가지며,
상기 주렌즈부에 대한 상기 중심부의 상대적인 광학 배율은 상기 추가 배율의 10% 내지 100%이거나, 상기 중심부의 상대적인 광학 배율은 상기 주렌즈부의 광학 배율에 대하여 -2.0 내지 +2.0인,
