Claims (4)
- 기재와, 다공성 지지층과, 분리 기능층이 이 순서대로 적층된 복합 반투막이며,
상기 분리 기능층이 가교 전방향족 폴리아미드를 함유하고,
상기 가교 전방향족 폴리아미드 중의, 하기 식으로 표시되는 다관능 아민과 다관능 방향족 할로겐화물의 합계 몰량비와 아미드기의 몰량비와의 몰 비율(아미드기율)이 0.86 이상 1.20 이하인, 복합 반투막.
아미드기율=아미드기 몰량비/(다관능 아민 몰량비+다관능 방향족 산 할로겐화물 몰량비) - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리 기능층은 박막으로 형성된 주름 구조를 갖고 있고, 상기 박막의 두께가 10nm 이상 24nm 이하인, 복합 반투막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복합 반투막의 단위 면적당의 분리 기능층의 중량이 80mg/㎡ 이상 120mg/㎡ 이하인, 복합 반투막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 기능층이 이하의 공정 (a) 내지 (c)에 의해 형성되고,
(a) 다관능 방향족 아민을 함유하는 수용액을 다공성 지지층 상에 접촉시키는 공정
(b) 다관능 방향족 아민을 함유하는 수용액을 접촉시킨 다공성 지지층에 다관능 방향족 산 할로겐화물을 함유하는 유기 용매 용액을 접촉시키는 공정
(c) 다관능 방향족 할로겐화물을 함유하는 유기 용매 용액을 접촉시킨 다공성 지지층을 가열하는 공정
상기 공정 (c)에 있어서의 가열 온도가 50℃ 이상 180℃ 이하이고, 가열 후의 유기 용제의 잔존율이 30% 이상 85% 이하로 제어됨으로써 얻어지는, 복합 반투막.
