- 카세트 조립체이며,
제1 카세트, 제2 카세트 및 제3 카세트와,
가요성 멤브레인에 의해 펌핑 챔버로부터 분리되는 작동 챔버를 갖는 왕복식 포지티브 변위 멤브레인 펌프 포드와,
가요성 멤브레인에 의해 제2 밸런싱 챔버로부터 분리되는 제1 밸런싱 챔버를 갖는 유체 유동 밸런싱 포드를 포함하고,
제2 카세트는 제1 카세트와 제3 카세트 사이에 개재되고, 제1 카세트 및 제3 카세트로부터 이격되고,
각각의 카세트는 복수의 유체 유동 경로 및 하나 이상의 밸브를 포함하고, 제2 카세트는 하나 이상의 유체 도관에 의해 제1 카세트 및 제3 카세트에 연결되고,
펌프 포드는 작동 챔버와 연통하는 작동 포트 및 펌핑 챔버와 연통하는 적어도 하나의 유체 포트를 가지며, 펌프 포드는 제1 카세트와 제2 카세트 사이에 위치 설정되고, 작동 포트 및 유체 포트는 각각 제1 카세트 및 제2 카세트 중 하나에서의 유동 경로와 연통하며,
밸런싱 포드는 제1 밸런싱 챔버와 연통하는 제1 유체 포트 및 제2 밸런싱 챔버와 연통하는 제2 유체 포트를 가지며, 밸런싱 포드는 제2 카세트와 제3 카세트 사이에 위치 설정되고, 각각의 상기 유체 포트는 제2 카세트 및 제3 카세트 중 하나에서의 유동 경로와 연통되며,
펌프 포드는 일정량의 제1 유체를 펌핑 챔버로부터 제1 밸런싱 챔버의 유체 포트를 통해 제1 밸런싱 챔버 내로 펌핑하도록 구성되며, 밸런싱 포드는 실질적으로 동일한 양의 제2 유체를 제2 밸런싱 챔버의 유체 포트를 통해 제2 밸런싱 챔버로부터 배출하도록 구성되는
