Claims (7)
- 患者の血液が流れる血液流路と透析液が流れる透析液流路とが半透膜により区画形成された血液処理器と、
患者から導出した血液を上記血液流路に導入し、該血液流路を流れた血液を導出させて患者に戻す血液回路と、
上記血液回路に設けられ、血液を圧送する血液ポンプと、
透析液を上記透析液流路に導入し、該透析液流路を流れた透析液を導出させる透析液回路と、
上記血液回路の血液ポンプよりも下流側に設けられ、該血液回路を遮断する遮断部と、
上記血液回路内における上記血液ポンプと上記遮断部との間の圧力を検出する血液回路圧力検出部と、
上記血液ポンプ及び上記血液回路圧力検出部が接続される制御ユニットとを備え、
上記制御ユニットは、血液処理を実行するよりも前に、上記遮断部により遮断された上記血液回路に上記血液ポンプにより液体を充填させた状態で、上記血液回路圧力検出部で検出された圧力が血液処理実行時の圧力よりも低く設定された所定圧力以下である場合に、上記血液回路にリーク箇所があると判定する一方、上記血液回路圧力検出部で検出された圧力が上記所定圧力よりも高い場合には、上記血液回路内における上記血液ポンプと上記遮断部との間の圧力が血液処理実行時の圧力よりも高まるように上記血液ポンプを作動させ、その後、上記血液回路圧力検出部で検出された圧力が血液処理実行時の圧力よりも高くなった場合にリーク箇所がないと判定する一方、血液処理実行時の圧力以下である場合にリーク箇所があると判定するように構成されていることを特徴とする血液透析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の血液透析装置において、
制御ユニットは、プライミング処理後に、血液回路に異常があるか否か判定するように構成されていることを特徴とする血液透析装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の血液透析装置において、
透析液回路内の圧力を検出する透析液回路圧力検出部を備え、
血液回路は、血液回路圧力検出部が接続される圧力モニタラインを有し、
制御ユニットは、上記血液回路圧力検出部で検出された血液圧力上昇量と、上記透析液回路圧力検出部で検出された透析液圧力上昇量とを比較し、血液圧力上昇量が透析液圧力上昇量よりも所定以上少ないことを検出した場合に、上記圧力モニタラインに異常があると判定するように構成されていることを特徴とする血液透析装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の血液透析装置において、
制御ユニットは、血液回路に液体を充填させた状態で血液ポンプを停止させた後、血液回路圧力検出部により血液回路内の圧力を継続して得て、該圧力が所定時間内に所定以上低下したことを検出した場合に、該血液回路にリーク箇所があると判定するように構成されていることを特徴とする血液透析装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の血液透析装置において、
透析液回路が閉塞されるようになっていることを特徴とする血液透析装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の血液透析装置において、
血液回路は、患者から導出した血液を血液処理器の血液流路に導入させる動脈ラインと、該血液流路を流れた血液を導出させて患者に戻す静脈ラインとを備え、
上記動脈ライン及び静脈ラインに血液回路圧力検出部がそれぞれ設けられ、
制御ユニットには、上記2つの血液回路圧力検出部が接続されていることを特徴とする血液透析装置。 - 請求項1、3から6のいずれか1つに記載の血液透析装置において、
透析液回路内の圧力を検出する透析液回路圧力検出部が制御ユニットに接続され、
上記制御ユニットは、上記透析液回路圧力検出部で検出された圧力に基づいて上記血液回路に異常があるか否か判定するように構成されていることを特徴とする血液透析装置。
