Abstract
[해결책] 본 발명은 베이스 수지 및 경화제의 혼합 후 즉시 적용되는 2성분 페인트 조성물을 제공하며, 여기서 베이스 수지 (A)는 본질적 성분으로서 히드록시 기-함유 아크릴 수지 (A-1) 및 경화 촉매 (A-2)를 함유하고, 경화제 (B)는 본질적 성분으로서 이소시아네이트 화합물 (B-1) 및 알콕시실릴 기-함유 공중합체 (B-2)를 함유하고, 상기 히드록시 기-함유 아크릴 수지 (A-1)는 80 내지 180 mg KOH/g의 히드록실가, -40 내지 40℃의 유리 전이 온도 및 2,000 내지 20,000 g/mol의 중량 평균 분자량을 가지며, 상기 알콕시실릴 기-함유 공중합체 (B-2)는 30 내지 80 중량부의 알콕시-실릴 기 함유 비닐계 단량체 및 20 내지 70 중량부의 다른 공중합성 단량체를 공중합함으로써 수득된 공중합체이고, 그의 중량 평균 분자량은 2,000 내지 20,000 g/mol이고, 그것은 이소시아네이트 기와 반응하는 히드록시 기, 카르복실 기 또는 아미노 기를 함유하지 않는다.

Claims (6)
- 베이스 수지(base resin) 및 경화제의 혼합 후 즉시 적용되는 2성분 페인트 조성물이며, 여기서
베이스 수지 (A)는 본질적 성분으로서 히드록시 기-함유 아크릴 수지 (A-1) 및 경화 촉매 (A-2)를 함유하고,
경화제 (B)는 본질적 성분으로서 이소시아네이트 화합물 (B-1) 및 알콕시실릴 기-함유 공중합체 (B-2)를 함유하고,
상기 히드록시 기-함유 아크릴 수지 (A-1)는 80 내지 180 mg KOH/g의 히드록실가, -40 내지 40℃의 유리 전이 온도 및 2,000 내지 20,000 g/mol의 중량 평균 분자량을 가지며,
상기 알콕시실릴 기-함유 공중합체 (B-2)는 30 내지 80 중량부의 알콕시-실릴 기 함유 비닐계 단량체 및 20 내지 70 중량부의 다른 공중합성 단량체를 공중합함으로써 수득된 공중합체이고, 중량 평균 분자량이 2,000 내지 20,000 g/mol이고, 이소시아네이트 기와 반응하는 히드록시 기, 카르복실 기 또는 아미노 기를 함유하지 않는 것인, 2성분 페인트 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히드록시 기-함유 아크릴 수지 (A-1)가 4-히드록시부틸 (메트)아크릴레이트로부터 유래된 히드록실가 80 내지 160 mg KOH/g의 히드록시 기-함유 아크릴 수지인, 2성분 페인트 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 화합물 (B-1)의 이소시아네이트 기가 상기 히드록시 기-함유 아크릴 수지 (A-1) 중의 히드록시 기 당량 당 0.5 내지 1.5 당량의 비율로 존재하도록 혼합되는 것인, 2성분 페인트 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 경화제 (B)에서, 상기 알콕시실릴 기-함유 공중합체 (B-2)의 비휘발성 물질 함량이 상기 이소시아네이트 화합물 (B-1)의 비휘발성 물질 함량과 상기 알콕시실릴 기-함유 공중합체 (B-2)의 비휘발성 물질 함량의 합 100 중량부 당 20 내지 80 중량부의 비율로 존재하는 것인, 2성분 페인트 조성물.
- 중간 코트 페인트를 전기코팅된(electro-coated) 강철 플레이트 상에 적용하고, 베이스 코트 페인트를 웨트-온-웨트(wet-on-wet)로 적용하고, 이어서 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 2성분 페인트 조성물을 웨트-온-웨트로 적용하고, 열 경화를 동시에 수행하는, 다층 페인트 필름의 형성 방법.
- 중간 코트 페인트를 전기코팅된 강철 플레이트 상에 적용하고, 베이스 코트 페인트를 웨트-온-웨트로 적용하고, 이어서 투명한 페인트 조성물을 웨트-온-웨트로 적용하고, 열 경화를 수행하고, 그 후 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 2성분 페인트 조성물을 적용하고, 열 경화를 수행하는, 다층 페인트 필름의 형성 방법.
