Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 개시에 따른 기능성 실리카 생성물의 제조 방법을 도시하는 흐름도이고;
도 2는 본 개시에 따른 기능성 실리카 생성물의 제조 시스템을 도시하는 개략도이고;
도 3은 본 개시의 기능성 실리카 생성물을 가지는 고무 배합물과 관련된 분산 지수 시험 결과를 도시하는 그래프이며, 이러한 기능성 실리카 생성물은 다양한 실리카/중합체 비율로 제공되고;
도 4는 본 개시의 또 다른 구체예에 따른 기능성 실리카 생성물의 제조 방법을 도시하는 흐름도이다.
Claims (8)
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는, 기능성 실리카 생성물의 제조 방법:
회전식 건조기에 소수화된 높은 표면적의 실리카를 제공하는 단계;
중합체 시멘트를 회전식 건조기에 혼입하는 단계, 상기 중합체 시멘트는 용매에 적어도 부분적으로 용해된 용액 중합체를 가지고, 여기서 용액 중합체는 용액 스타이렌 뷰타다이엔 고무임; 및
용매를 제거하기 위해 회전식 건조기를 가열하는 단계, 여기서 기능성 실리카 생성물은 용액 중합체의 코팅을 가지는 소수화된 실리카의 입자와 함께 형성되고, 여기서 소수화된 실리카 대 용액 중합체의 비율은 약 0.3/1 내지 약 100/1이고, 소수화된 실리카는 약 200 m2/g 초과의 BET 비표면적을 가지는 높은 표면적의 실리카를 포함하며, 상기 입자는 파쇄성 설립 및 분말 중 하나의 형태로 느슨하게 응집됨. - 제1항에 있어서, 용매는 유기 용매인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소수화된 높은 표면적의 실리카를 제공하는 단계는 회전식 건조기에 중합체 시멘트를 혼입하는 단계 이전에, 회전식 건조기에서 높은 표면적의 실리카 및 소수성제를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 소수성제는 실레인인 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조되는 기능성 실리카 생성물.
- 다음을 포함하는 고무 배합물: 일정량의 탄성체; 및 제 5항의 일정량의 기능성 실리카 생성물, 상기 입자는 탄성체 전체에 걸쳐 실질적으로 균일하게 분포됨.
- 제6항의 고무 배합물을 포함하는 물품.
- 제6항의 고무 배합물을 가지는 성분을 포함하는 타이어.
