Claims (6)
- 전자를 공여하는 전자 도너(donor) 단위 및 상기 전자 도너 단위에 결합되고 전자를 수용하는 전자 억셉터(acceptor) 단위를 포함하는 분자 구조를 갖는 제1 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 전자 도너 단위는 아크리딘(Acridine)이 다이벤조퓨란(dibenzofuran)에 연결된 아크리딘 퓨란 유도체를 포함하는 지연형광 재료. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 화합물은 하기 화학식 1의 분자 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 지연형광 재료:

상기 화학식 1에서, A는 상기 전자 억셉터 단위를 나타내고, R1 내지 R10과 Ra 및 Rb는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 중수소, 탄소수 1 내지 60의 알킬기, 탄소수 2 내지 60의 알케닐기, 탄소수 2 내지 60의 알키닐기, 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴기, 탄소수 3 내지 60의 헤테로아릴기, 탄소수 1 내지 60의 알콕시기, 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴옥시기, 탄소수 7 내지 60의 아릴알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 60의 헤테로아릴알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 60의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 60의 헤테로시클로알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 60의 알킬실릴기, 찬소수 3 내지 60의 아릴실릴기, 탄소수 1 내지 60의 헤테로아릴실릴기 등으로부터 선택된 하나이며, m은 1 또는 2이다. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 R1 내지 R10은 모두 수소 또는 중수소이고,
상기 Ra 및 Rb는 모두 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 지연형광 재료. - 청구항 1 내지 5 중 선택된 어느 하나의 지연형광 재료를 함유하는 발광층을 포함하는 유기발광장치.
