Claims (7)
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기실리콘 화합물의 함량은 상기 리튬 이차전지용 비수 전해액의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.05~10중량%인 리튬 이차전지용 비수 전해액. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불소 함유 리튬염의 음이온은 F-, BF4 -, PF6 -, (CF3)2PF4 -, (CF3)3PF3 -, (CF3)4PF2 -, (CF3)5PF-, (CF3)6P-, CF3SO3 -, CF3CF2SO3 -, (CF3SO2)2N-, (FSO2)2N-, CF3CF2(CF3)2CO-, (CF3SO2)2CH-, (SF5)3C-, (CF3SO2)3C-, CF3(CF2)7SO3 -, CF3CO2 -, (CF3CF2SO2)2N- 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 비수 전해액. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 이차전지용 비수 전해액은 기타 리튬염을 더 포함하고, 상기 기타 리튬염의 음이온은 Cl-, Br-, I-, NO3 -, N(CN)2 -, ClO4 -, CH3CO2 -, SCN- 또는 이들의 조합을 더 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 비수 전해액. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기용매는 에테르, 에스테르, 아미드, 선형 카보네이트, 환형 카보네이트 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 비수 전해액. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 이차전지용 비수 전해액은 비닐렌 카보네이트, 비닐에틸렌 카보네이트, 플루오로에틸렌 카보네이트, 환형 설파이트, 포화 설톤, 불포화 설톤, 비환형 설폰 또는 이들의 조합을 더 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 비수 전해액. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 리튬 이차전지용 비수 전해액을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
