Claims (13)
- 차량에서 서스펜션과 스태빌라이저가 연결되는 링크 암 부재로서,
금속제의 중공관의 양단부를 소성 변형시켜 봉지되는 서포트 바부와,
상기 서포트 바부의 양단에 각각 설치되고, 상기 서스펜션 또는 상기 스태빌라이저가 고정되는 볼 스터드의 볼부가 수용되는 수용구멍을 가지는 수지제의 하우징부를 가지고,
상기 서포트 바부와 상기 하우징부는 인서트 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 암 부재. - 제 1 항 기재의 링크 암 부재에 있어서,
상기 서포트 바부의 양단부는, 각각 평평한 판 형상의 평판부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 암 부재. - 제 2 항 기재의 링크 암 부재에 있어서,
상기 평판부 또는 그 부근에 상기 평판부가 평평하게 연장하는 면의 일부 영역에 움푹 패인 형상의 오목부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 암 부재. - 제 1 항 기재의 링크 암 부재에 있어서,
상기 서포트 바부의 양단 가장자리에 소재인 파이프 두께보다 약 10% ~ 35% 얇은 두께 치수가 되도록 소성 변형되어 봉지되는 제1 봉지부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 암 부재. - 제 1 항 기재의 링크 암 부재에 있어서,
상기 서포트 바부의 단부는 길이방향으로 교차하여 1회 또는 복수회 구부리는 형상의 제2 봉지부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 암 부재. - 제 1 항 기재의 링크 암 부재에 있어서,
상기 하우징부는,
상기 수용구멍을 형성하는 둘레벽에 바깥쪽으로 연속하여 환상으로 형성되는 플랜지부를 복수개 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 암 부재. - 제 1 항 기재의 링크 암 부재에 있어서,
상기 하우징부는,
상기 수용구멍의 둘레벽 주위의 수지가 상기 서포트 바부의 가장자리로부터 중앙측에 걸쳐 두께가 점차 얇아지고, 해당 가장자리로부터 상기 중앙 측에 약 2mm 이상 들어간 곳에서 상기 서포트 바부의 중앙측을 덮는 수지의 두께와 거의 같게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 암 부재. - 제 1 항 기재의 링크 암 부재에 있어서,

상기 수용구멍의 둘레벽을 형성하는 수지와 상기 서포트 바부를 덮는 수지의 사이에는 약 2 ~ 3mm의 거리를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 암 부재. - 제 1 항 기재의 링크 암 부재에 있어서,
일단측 또는 타단측에 있어서의 상기 수용구멍의 내주 벽면과 상기 서포트 바부의 사이의 최단 거리는 약 3 ~ 4mm이고, 해당 일단측 또는 타단측에 있어서의 상기 수용구멍의 내주 벽면과 상기 서포트 바부의 사이는 수지가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 암 부재. - 제 2 항 기재의 링크 암 부재에 있어서,
상기 평판부와 상기 서포트 바부의 중앙부측의 파이프 형상부와의 경계부는,
가로방향의 중심측의 경계가 상기 서포트 바부의 길이방향의 중앙부 측으로 돌출한 형상으로 곡율을 가지고 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 암 부재. - 제 11 항 기재의 링크 암 부재에 있어서,
상기 경계부는 상기 평판부에 대해서 15도 ~ 60도의 각도로 경사하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 암 부재. - 제 1 항 기재의 링크 암 부재에 있어서,
상기 하우징부는,
수지 중에 강화재를 25 중량% 이상 또한 60 중량% 이하 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 링크 암 부재.
