Claims (10)
- 하나 이상의 소결 과정을 통해서 치과 보철물을 제조하기 위한 소결 블랭크(1)로서,
상기 소결 블랭크(1)는 치과 보철물을 생성하는 하나 이상의 제품 영역(2) 및 소결 과정 후에 제거될 하나 이상의 지주(3)를 구비하고,
상기 지주(3)는 소결 과정 동안 베이스 면(5) 상에서 상기 지주(3)를 지지하기 위한 하나 이상의 슬라이딩 노브(4)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치과 보철물을 제조하기 위한 소결 블랭크(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지주 (3)는 소결 과정 동안 베이스 면(5) 상에서 지주(3)를 지지하기 위하여 서로에 대해 간격을 두고 배치된 복수의 슬라이딩 노브(4)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치과 보철물을 제조하기 위한 소결 블랭크(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소결 과정 동안 베이스 면(5) 상에서 지주(3)를 지지하기 위한 특정 슬라이딩 노브(4)가 상기 지주에 대하여 줄어든 지지면(7), 바람직하게는 지지점(6)을 갖거나, 소결 과정 동안 베이스 면(5) 상에서 지주(3)를 지지하기 위한 슬라이딩 노브(4), 바람직하게 모든 슬라이딩 노브(4)가 각각 상기 지주에 대하여 줄어든 지지면(7), 바람직하게는 지지점(6)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치과 보철물을 제조하기 위한 소결 블랭크(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제품 영역(2)은 바람직하게 쌍으로 상호 연결된 복수의 치아(8)를 갖는 치아 아치이고, 상기 지주(3)는 이러한 치아 아치의 2개 이상의 치아(8)를 서로 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치과 보철물을 제조하기 위한 소결 블랭크(1).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 치아 아치는 내부 공간(9)을 부분적으로 둘러싸고, 상기 지주(3)는 상기 내부 공간(9) 내에 적어도 부분적으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치과 보철물을 제조하기 위한 소결 블랭크(1).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소결 블랭크(1)가 소결 과정 동안 베이스 면(5) 상에서 상기 제품 영역(2)을 지지하기 위한 하나의 받침대(10) 또는 상호 간격을 두고 배치된 복수의 받침대(10)를 제품 영역(2)에 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치과 보철물을 제조하기 위한 소결 블랭크(1).
- 제6항에 있어서, 소결 과정 동안 베이스 면(5) 상에서 상기 제품 영역(2)을 지지하기 위한 상기 받침대(10) 또는 받침대(10)들이 바람직하게는 각각, 제품 영역에 대하여 줄어든 지지면(12), 바람직하게는 지지점(11)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치과 보철물을 제조하기 위한 소결 블랭크(1).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모든 슬라이딩 노드(4)의 모든 지지점(6, 11) 및/또는 지지면(7, 12)이, 그리고 만일 존재한다면 모든 받침대(10)도 하나의 공통 평면(13)에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치과 보철물을 제조하기 위한 소결 블랭크(1).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 소결 블랭크(1)를 소결하기 위한, 특히 하나 이상의 소결 블랭크(1)를 갖는 소결 챔버(14)로서,
상기 소결 챔버(14)가 소결 과정 동안 이러한 베이스 면(5) 상에서 상기 소결 블랭크(1)를 정지시키기 위한 베이스 면(5)으로서의 평평한 슬라이딩 면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 소결 챔버(14). - 디지털 데이터 처리 장치상에서 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 소결 블랭크를 구성하기 위한 컴퓨터 프로그램.
