Claims (3)
- 질량% 로, C : 0.002 % 이상 0.010 % 이하, Si : 0.05 % 이하, Mn : 0.05 % 이상 0.30 % 이하, P : 0.030 % 이하, S : 0.020 % 이하, Al : 0.0100 % 미만, N : 0.0050 % 이하를 함유하고, Al 함유량이 0.005 % 이상인 경우에는 C 함유량이 0.003 % 초과이고, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성을 가지고,
압연 방향의 항복 강도가 500 ㎫ 이상이며,
하기의 평균 랭크포드값이 1.3 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕관용 강판.
평균 랭크포드값 = (rL + 2 × rD + rC)/4
단, rL 은 압연 방향과 평행한 방향, rD 는 압연 방향에 대해 45 °방향, rC 는 압연 방향에 대해 90 °방향의 랭크포드값을 의미한다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
하기의 Δr 의 절대값이 0.40 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕관용 강판.
Δr = (rL - 2 × rD + rC)/2
단, rL 은 압연 방향과 평행한 방향, rD 는 압연 방향에 대해 45 °방향, rC 는 압연 방향에 대해 90 °방향의 랭크포드값을 의미한다. - 제 1 항에 기재된 성분 조성을 갖는 슬래브를 조압연하고, 마무리 압연 온도가 850 ℃ 이상에서 마무리 압연하는 열간 압연 공정과,
상기 열간 압연 공정에서 얻어진 열연판을, 450 ℃ 이상 750 ℃ 이하에서 권취하는 권취 공정과,
상기 권취 공정 후의 열연판을 산세하는 산세 공정과,
상기 산세 공정 후의 열연판을, 냉간 압연하는 1 차 냉간 압연 공정과,
상기 1 차 냉간 압연 공정에서 얻어진 냉연판을, 650 ℃ 이상 790 ℃ 이하에서 어닐링하는 어닐링 공정과,
상기 어닐링 공정에서 얻어진 어닐링판을, Al 함유량이 0.003 % 이하인 경우에는 압연율이 10 % 이상 50 % 이하, Al 함유량이 0.003 % 초과인 경우에는 압연율이 20 % 이상 50 % 이하의 조건에서 냉간 압연하는 2 차 냉간 압연 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕관용 강판의 제조 방법.
