Claims (15)
- 전방 면 및 후방 면, 및 또한 전방 면과 후방 면을 연결하는 면을 갖는, 열 가소성 물질을 기재로 하는 베이스 층을 포함하는 자동차 글레이징 시스템용 베젤이며, 여기서 베젤은 전방 면 상에 코팅을 가지며, 베이스 층의 전방 면과 후방 면을 연결하는 면과 베이스 층의 전방 면 사이의 엣지는 라운딩되어 있고, 여기서 라운딩은 라운딩에 걸쳐 가변적인 반경을 가지며, 여기서 베젤은 전방 면의 라운딩된 엣지 영역 내에 코팅을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 글레이징 시스템용 베젤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 베젤의 후방 면 및 전방 면에 대하여, 베젤이 U자형, O자형, 이중-O자형, T자형 또는 I자형인 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 베이스 층의 전방 면과 후방 면을 연결하는 면과 베이스 층의 후방 면 사이의 엣지가 라운딩되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤.
- 제3항에 있어서, 후방 면 상에 코팅을 갖는 베젤.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 베이스 층의 전방 면과 후방 면을 연결하는 면과 베이스 층의 전방 면 사이의 엣지의 라운딩이 베지에 곡선 형상 또는 대략 그러한 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤.
- 제5항에 있어서, 베지에 곡선이 2차 또는 3차인 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 베젤이 U자형, O자형, 이중-O자형 또는 T자형이고, 여기서 베젤의 2개의 레그 사이에 위치한 적어도 하나의 내각(R1)이 라운딩되어 있고, 여기서 내각(R1)은 정확히 또는 대략 4분원호를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤.
- 제7항에 있어서, 4분원호의 반경이 적어도 10 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 베젤의 라운딩된 엣지에서의 최외 포인트(P)와, 라운딩된 영역과 굴곡이 없는 표면 사이의 전이 포인트(E) 사이의 영역의 폭(b)이 적어도 2.5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 베젤의 벽 두께가 1.5 mm 내지 5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 베젤이 복수의 층을 포함하고, 복수의 층 중 하나는 폴리카르보네이트, 임의로 카본 블랙, 및 지방산 에스테르 기재의 이형제를 포함하는 베이스 층이고, 여기서 베이스 층의 적어도 하나의 면 상에는 적어도 하나의 UV 흡수제를 포함하는 폴리실록산계 내스크래치 코팅이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤.
- 제11항에 있어서, 존재하는 카본 블랙이, 주사 전자 현미경측정에 의해 측정시, 100 nm 미만의 평균 1차 입자 크기를 갖는 나노스케일 카본 블랙을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 후방 면 상에, 베젤의 단면에 대하여, 베이스 층의 전방 면과 후방 면을 연결하는 면과 베이스 층의 전방 면 사이의 엣지 라운딩의 영역 내에 있는 리브를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤.
- 자동차의 차체를 포함하고 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 베젤을 포함하는 복합-구조 시스템.
- 하기 단계:
- 사출 금형의 폐쇄,
- 바람직하게는 사출-압축 성형 또는 캐스캐이드 사출 성형에 의한, 제1 중합체 조성물의 사출, 이어서 제1 중합체 조성물의 유리 전이 온도 미만의 최대 구성요소 온도로의 냉각,
- 해당 위치에서의 금형의 폐쇄시 제1 경화 중합체 조성물과 금형 벽 사이에 개재 공간이 생성되도록, 제2 중합체 조성물의 사출을 위한 공동의 다음 위치로의 임의적 이동 또는 보다 큰 공동을 갖는 금형의 사용,
- 제2 중합체 조성물의 임의적 사출, 이어서 제2 중합체 조성물의 유리 전이 온도 미만의 최대 구성요소 온도로의 냉각,
- 베젤의 코팅
을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 베젤의 제조 방법.
