Claims (5)
- 행성기어 기구를 구비한 고 전동비 서스펜션 샤프트 원심 과급기로서,
상기 과급기는 전동 유닛, 팬 증압 유닛 및 냉각 유닛을 포함하며,
상기 전동 유닛(1)은 벨트휠(11), 행성기어 기구(12), 마찰휠들(13), 및 서스펜션 메인샤프트(14)로 함께 구성되고,
상기 벨트휠(11)은 전동벨트와 자동차엔진을 통해 직접 연결되어 구동되며,
상기 행성기어 기구(2)는 기어박스(203)에 설치된 태양기어(201)와 3개의 행성기어(202)를 포함하고,
상기 태양기어(201)는 상기 기어박스(203)를 통하며, 상기 벨트휠(11) 동일축에 설치되어 함께 회전하며, 3개의 행성기어(202)는 각자 전동축(204)에 120도 대칭으로 배치되어 상기 태양기어(201)의 주변에 설치되고, 모두 태양기어와 물림과 지지상태를 유지하며,
상기 마찰휠들(13)은 밀봉 박스체(131)에 함께 설치된 3개조의 마찰휠을 포함하고, 이들은 상기 행성기어(202)의 각각 동일축에 대응되게 상기 전동축(204)에 설치되며, 제1 동일 평면의 앞쪽에 위치한 마찰휠과 제2 동일 평면의 뒤쪽에 위치한 마찰휠에 위치되게 나누어지며,
상기 서스펜션 메인샤프트(14)는 그 전후단에서 각각 상술한 앞쪽에 위치한 마찰휠과 뒤쪽에 위치한 마찰휠의 표면에서 접촉마찰을 형성하고, 3개의 마찰휠은 120도로 6개 마찰링의 외경을 지지하여 함께 서스펜션 메인샤프트를 받쳐주어, 이를 통해 견인력에 의해 함께 회전하며,
상기 기어박스(203)와 전술한 밀봉박스체(131) 서로 하나로 연결되고, 내부적으로 캐비티의 연결을 유지하면서 윤활유가 주입되며,
상기 팬 증압 유닛(2)은 캐비닛(21), 캐비닛(21)에 설치된 축방향 공기흡입구(22)와 방사상 공기배출구(23), 및 캐비닛(21) 내부에 설치된 원심 임펠러 어셈블리(24)와 축방향 임펠러 어셈블리(25)를 포함하고, 상기 원심 임펠러 어셈블리(25)와 축방향 임펠러 어셈블리(24)는 차례로 상기 서스펜션 메인샤프트(14)의 말단에 고정되어, 이를 통해 상기 서스펜션 메인샤프트의 구동하에 회전을 발생하고, 기류를 축방향 공기흡입구(22)으로부터 가속으로 방사상 공기배출구(23)로 흘러가게 함으로써, 증압 기능을 하게 되며,
상기 냉각 유닛은 기어펌프와 오일 냉각기를 포함하고, 그 중 기어펌프는 상기 기어박스에 설치되어, 상기 태양기어, 행성기어, 마찰휠과 서스펜션 메인샤프트를 회전시켜 온도상승한 윤활유를 상기 오일 냉각기로 펌핑하는데 사용되고,
상기 오일 냉각기는 윤활유에 대한 냉온 처리를 한 다음 상기 밀봉 박스체로 돌아오는 것을 특징으로 하는 행성기어 기구를 구비한 고 전동비 서스펜션 샤프트 원심 과급기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 각각의 마찰휠(132)은
안에서 밖으로 차례로 휠 센터(1321), 탄력 고무링(1322), 및 휠 커버(1323)를 포함하고,
상기 휠 센터(1321)는 그 중앙위치에서 상기 전동축(204)에 씌워지며, 외표면 원주를 따라 위로 여러 개의 밖으로 돌출된 제1기어가 대칭으로 가공되며,
상기 탄력 고무링(1322)의 내표면에는 상기 제1기어와 맞물리는 여러 개의 내치조가 가공되고, 이로써 상기 휠 센터(1321) 위에 설치되며,
상기 휠 커버(1323)의 내표면 원주를 따라 위로 여러 개의 밖으로 돌출된 제1기어가 대칭으로 가공되고, 상기 탄력 고무링(1322)의 외표면도 마찬가지로 상기 제2기어와 맞물리는 여러 개의 외치조가 가공되며, 이로써 휠 커버(1323) 사이에 설치를 실행하며,
상기 제1기어, 제2기어의 구조는 동일하고, 이들은 서로 교차되면서 대칭으로 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 행성기어 기구를 구비한 고 전동비 서스펜션 샤프트 원심 과급기. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 태양기어(201)와 행성기어(202) 사이의 기어비를 1:1.5로 설정되고,
상기 마찰휠(132)의 직경과 서스펜션 메인샤프트(14) 사이의 직경비는 1:4.456, 총전동비는 6.68로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 행성기어 기구를 구비한 고 전동비 서스펜션 샤프트 원심 과급기. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기어펌프는 전동 오일펌프로 교체되어서, 상기 기어박스(203) 외부에 설치될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 행성기어 기구를 구비한 고 전동비 서스펜션 샤프트 원심 과급기. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 휠 센터(1321)는 알루미늄 합금 휠 센터를 선택하고,
상기 탄력 고무링(1322)의 재질은 수소화 부티로니트릴 등 온도계수 폭이 크고 압력 변화가 작은 재질을 선택하며,
상기 휠 커버(1323)는 베어링강 재질로 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 행성기어 기구를 구비한 고 전동비 서스펜션 샤프트 원심 과급기.
