Claims (9)
- 친수성 폴리머의 겔막 중에 CO2 캐리어와 CO2 수화 반응 촉매를 함유하여 구성되는 분리 기능막을 구비하고,
상기 CO2 캐리어는, 상기 친수성 폴리머와 상기 CO2 캐리어의 합계 중량에 대해 20 ~ 90 중량% 의 비율로, 상기 겔막 중에 존재하고,
상기 CO2 수화 반응 촉매가, 아텔루르산 화합물, 아셀렌산 화합물, 오르토규산 화합물, 및 몰리브덴산 화합물 중의 적어도 어느 하나를 함유하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2 촉진 수송막. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 겔막이 하이드로겔인 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2 촉진 수송막. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 겔막이 폴리비닐알코올-폴리아크릴산염 공중합체 겔막인 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2 촉진 수송막. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 CO2 캐리어가 알칼리 금속의 탄산염, 알칼리 금속의 중탄산염 및 알칼리 금속의 수산화물 중의 적어도 어느 하나를 함유하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2 촉진 수송막. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 금속이 세슘 또는 루비듐인 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2 촉진 수송막. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 분리 기능막이 친수성의 다공막에 담지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2 촉진 수송막. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 CO2 촉진 수송막의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 친수성 폴리머, 상기 CO2 캐리어 및 수용성의 상기 CO2 수화 반응 촉매를 함유하는 수용액으로 이루어지는 캐스트 용액을 제조하는 공정과,
상기 캐스트 용액을 친수성의 다공막에 캐스트한 후에 겔화하여 상기 분리 기능막을 제조하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2 촉진 수송막의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 CO2 촉진 수송막으로서, 상기 CO2 수화 반응 촉매가 100 ℃ 이상의 온도 하에서 촉매 활성을 갖는 상기 CO2 촉진 수송막을 사용하고, CO2 와 H2 를 함유하는 100 ℃ 이상의 혼합 기체를, 상기 CO2 촉진 수송막의 공급측과 투과측 사이의 차압이 200 ㎪ 이상인 조건 하에서, 상기 CO2 촉진 수송막의 상기 공급측에 공급하여, 상기 혼합 기체로부터 상기 CO2 촉진 수송막을 투과한 상기 CO2 를 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2 분리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 CO2 촉진 수송막으로서, 상기 CO2 수화 반응 촉매가 100 ℃ 이상의 온도 하에서 촉매 활성을 갖는 상기 CO2 촉진 수송막을 구비하고, CO2 와 H2 를 함유하는 100 ℃ 이상의 혼합 기체를, 상기 CO2 촉진 수송막의 공급측과 투과측 사이의 차압이 200 ㎪ 이상인 조건 하에서, 상기 CO2 촉진 수송막의 상기 공급측에 공급하여, 상기 혼합 기체로부터 상기 CO2 촉진 수송막을 투과한 상기 CO2 를 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2 분리 장치.
