Claims (18)
- 표면 코팅 시험에서 풀 쉐이드 및 리덕션 a* 값의 합계가 58.0 내지 61.0 CIELAB 단위, 바람직하게는 58.0 내지 60.0 CIELAB 단위, 보다 바람직하게는 58.5 내지 61.0 CIELAB 단위, 보다 바람직하게는 58.5 내지 60.0 CIELAB 단위, 특히 바람직하게는 59.0 내지 61.0 CIELAB 단위, 보다 특히 바람직하게는 59.0 내지 60.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 헤마타이트 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-Fe2O3 변형체를 포함하는 헤마타이트 안료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 바람직하게는 오일, 왁스, 지방산 또는 지방산 염이 함유된 유기 코팅, 및/또는 바람직하게는 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속 또는 Mg, Zn, Al, La, Y, Zr, Sn 및/또는 Ca의 탄산염, 산화물 또는 수산화물이 함유된 무기 코팅을 포함하는 헤마타이트 안료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 코팅 또는 무기 코팅을 어느 것도 포함하지 않는 헤마타이트 안료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 0.3 ㎛의 입자 크기를 갖는 헤마타이트 안료.
- 제5항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 0.3 ㎛의 입자 크기를 가지며, 여기서 헤마타이트 안료의 적어도 80 중량%가 0.1 내지 0.3 ㎛의 입자 크기를 갖는 것인 헤마타이트 안료.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1.0 중량% 이상의 물 함량을 갖는 헤마타이트 안료.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페이스트 점도 시험에서 500/s, 1000/s, 1500/s 및 2000/s의 전단 속도에서 측정된 각각의 점도 값이 500/s, 1000/s, 1500/s 및 2000/s의 전단 속도에서의 측정 값의 산술 평균과 10% 이하, 바람직하게는 5% 이하의 편차가 있는 뉴턴 유동 거동을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤마타이트 안료.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페이스트 점도 시험에서 500/s, 1000/s, 1500/s 및 2000/s의 전단 속도에서 0.300 내지 0.400 Pa·s의 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤마타이트 안료.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 산소-함유 기체 존재 하의 철과 수성 헤마타이트 핵 현탁액 및 철 (II) 염 용액, 바람직하게는 질산철 (II) 용액의 반응에 의해 제조된 헤마타이트 안료.
- 철, 100 nm 이하의 입자 크기 및 40 m2/g 내지 150 m2/g의 BET 비표면적 (DIN 66131에 따라 측정됨)을 갖는 헤마타이트 핵을 함유하는 헤마타이트 핵 현탁액 및 질산철 (II) 용액을, 적어도 1종의 산소-함유 기체의 존재 하에 70 내지 99℃의 온도에서 반응시키는 것을 포함하고, 반응이 산소-함유 기체의 도입 중에 pH 2.2 내지 pH 4.0, 바람직하게는 pH 2.2 내지 pH 3.0의 pH 범위에서 진행되어 헤마타이트 안료 현탁액을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 헤마타이트 안료의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 반응이 적어도 산소-함유 기체의 도입 중 처음 40시간에, 바람직하게는 기체의 도입 중 처음 40시간의 80%가 넘게, pH 2.2 내지 pH 4.0, 바람직하게는 pH 2.2 내지 pH 3.0의 pH 범위에서 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 헤마타이트 안료의 제조 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 pH가 2.2 미만일 때, 기체성 질소를 반응 혼합물에 추가로 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 헤마타이트 안료의 제조 방법.
- 철, 100 nm 이하의 입자 크기 및 40 m2/g 내지 150 m2/g의 BET 비표면적 (DIN 66131에 따라 측정됨)을 갖는 헤마타이트 핵을 함유하는 헤마타이트 핵 현탁액 및 질산철 (II) 용액을, 적어도 1종의 산소-함유 기체의 존재 하에 70 내지 99℃의 온도에서 반응시키는 것을 포함하고, 반응이 15 내지 100 부피%의 산소 함량을 바람직하게 갖는 산소-함유 기체의 도입 중에 pH 2.2 내지 pH 4.0, 바람직하게는 pH 2.2 내지 pH 3.0의 pH 범위에서 진행되어 헤마타이트 안료 현탁액을 제조하고, 반응 혼합물의 pH가 2.2 미만이라면, 바람직하게는 0 내지 10 부피%의 산소, 특히 바람직하게는 0 내지 1 부피%의 산소를 함유하는 기체성 질소를 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 헤마타이트 안료의 제조 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 철이 철과 물의 혼합물로서 사용되고, 물이 20 μS/cm 이하, 바람직하게는 10 μS/cm 이하, 특히 바람직하게는 5 μS/cm 이하의 전도도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 헤마타이트 안료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 헤마타이트 안료 또는 제11항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 헤마타이트 안료의, 페인트, 바니시, 코팅, 건설 자재, 플라스틱 또는 종이 산업 제품의 착색을 위한, 식품, 소부 에나멜 또는 코일 코팅, 모래 과립, 규회 벽돌, 에나멜, 세라믹 글레이즈, 아스팔트 또는 바크 멀치의 착색을 위한, 또는 제약 산업 제품, 바람직하게는 정제의 착색을 위한 용도, 또는 흡착제, 센서, 촉매로서의 용도, 또는 배터리 또는 어큐뮬레이터, 전극 내 구성요소로서의 용도, 또는 다른 산화철 또는 철 화학물질의 제조를 위한 원료로서의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 헤마타이트 안료 또는 제11항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 헤마타이트 안료를 사용하여, 공지된 방법 그 자체에 의해 착색을 수행하는 페인트, 바니시, 코팅, 건설 자재, 플라스틱 또는 종이 산업의 제품, 식품, 소부 에나멜 또는 코일 코팅, 모래 과립, 규회 벽돌, 에나멜, 세라믹 글레이즈, 아스팔트 또는 바크 멀치, 또는 제약 산업의 제품, 바람직하게는 정제를 착색하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 헤마타이트 안료를 함유하는, 페인트, 바니시, 코팅, 건설 자재, 플라스틱 또는 종이 산업의 제품, 식품, 소부 에나멜 또는 코일 코팅, 모래 과립, 규회 벽돌, 에나멜, 세라믹 글레이즈, 아스팔트 또는 바크 멀치, 또는 제약 산업의 제품, 바람직하게는 정제.
