Claims (18)
- 알루미늄 합금 기재와,
상기 알루미늄 합금 기재의 표면의 적어도 일부에 형성되고, Mg를 0.1원자% 이상 30원자% 미만 및 Si를 12원자% 이상 80원자% 이하 함유함과 함께, Cu가 0.6원자% 미만으로 규제된 산화 피막으로 이루어지는 제1 피막과,
상기 제1 피막의 적어도 일부에 형성된, 실록산 결합을 갖는 제2 피막을 구비하고,
상기 제1 피막 및 제2 피막이 형성되어 있는 표면에, 푸리에 변환식 적외 분광법에 의해 입사각 75°의 평행 편광을 입사하여 얻어지는 스펙트럼에 있어서, 1026㎝-1부터 1084㎝-1까지를 베이스 라인이라 했을 때, 1057㎝-1 근방에 발생하는 피크의 면적이 0.019 이상인, 알루미늄 합금재. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 합금 기재는, Al-Mg계 합금, Al-Cu-Mg계 합금, Al-Mg-Si계 합금 또는 Al-Zn-Mg계 합금으로 이루어지는, 알루미늄 합금재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 피막 및 제2 피막이 형성되어 있는 부분의 최표면에 접착 수지로 이루어지는 접착 수지층이 형성되어 있는, 알루미늄 합금재.
- 제1항에 기재된 알루미늄 합금재를 이용한, 접합체.
- 제2항에 기재된 알루미늄 합금재를 이용한, 접합체.
- 제3항에 기재된 알루미늄 합금재를 이용한, 접합체.
- 제1항에 기재된 알루미늄 합금재끼리가, 상기 제1 피막 및 제2 피막이 형성되어 있는 부분이 대향하도록 배치되고, 접착 수지를 통해 접합되어 있는, 접합체.
- 제1항에 기재된 알루미늄 합금재의 상기 제1 피막 및 제2 피막이 형성되어 있는 부분에, 접착 수지를 통해, 상기 제1 피막 및 제2 피막이 형성되어 있지 않은 다른 알루미늄 합금재 또는 수지 성형체가 접합되어 있는, 접합체.
- 제3항에 기재된 알루미늄 합금재와, 제1항에 기재된 알루미늄 합금재가, 상기 접착 수지층이 형성되어 있는 부분과, 상기 제1 피막 및 제2 피막이 형성되어 있는 부분이 대향하도록 배치되어, 상기 접착 수지층을 통해 접합되어 있는, 접합체.
- 제3항에 기재된 알루미늄 합금재의 상기 접착 수지층이 형성되어 있는 부분에, 상기 제1 피막 및 제2 피막이 형성되어 있지 않은 다른 알루미늄 합금재 또는 수지 성형체가 접합되어 있는, 접합체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수지 성형체는 섬유 강화 플라스틱 성형체인, 접합체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 수지 성형체는 섬유 강화 플라스틱 성형체인, 접합체.
- 제4항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 접합체를 사용한, 자동차용 부재.
- 알루미늄 합금 기재의 표면의 적어도 일부에, 산화 피막으로 이루어지는 제1 피막을 형성하는 제1 피막 형성 공정과,
상기 제1 피막의 적어도 일부에, 실란 커플링 처리에 의해 제2 피막을 형성하는 제2 피막 형성 공정을 구비하고,
상기 제1 피막 형성 공정은, 가열 처리 단계와, 상기 가열 처리 단계후의 에칭 처리 단계 및 규산염 처리 단계를 포함하고, 상기 규산염 처리 단계는 상기 에칭 처리 단계보다 후 또는 상기 에칭 처리 단계와 동시이며,
상기 에칭 처리 단계에 있어서의 에칭량을 700㎚ 미만으로 제어하며, 또한,
상기 규산염 처리 단계로서, 규산염을 포함하는 수용액을 사용하여 처리를 행하는, 알루미늄 합금재의 제조 방법. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1 피막 형성 공정에 있어서, 상기 규산염 처리 단계는 상기 에칭 처리 단계보다 후이며, 상기 에칭 처리 단계로서, 산 처리 및 알칼리 용액 처리 중 적어도 하나를 행하는, 알루미늄 합금재의 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1 피막 형성 공정에 있어서, 상기 규산염 처리 단계는 상기 에칭 처리 단계와 동시이며, 상기 규산염을 포함하는 수용액이, 규산염을 포함하는, 산성 또는 알칼리성의 수용액인, 알루미늄 합금재의 제조 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 피막 및 제2 피막이 형성되어 있는 부분의 최표면에 접착 수지층을 형성하는 공정을 더 구비하는, 알루미늄 합금재의 제조 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 합금 기재는, Al-Mg계 합금, Al-Cu-Mg계 합금, Al-Mg-Si계 합금 또는 Al-Zn-Mg계 합금으로 이루어지는, 알루미늄 합금재의 제조 방법.
