Abstract
Description
도 2는 2개의 전기 케이블의 단부를 둘러싸는 조인트의 길이방향 단면에 포함하는 본 발명에 따른 전기 장치의 개략도를 나타낸다.
도 3은 단일 전기 케이블의 단부를 둘러싸는 종단의 길이방향 단면을 포함하는 본 발명의 제1 대안적인 형태에 따른 전기 장치의 개략도를 나타낸다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따라 가교된 층과 비교 조성물에 따라 가교된 층의 가교 밀도에 관한 히스토그램을 나타낸다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따라 가교된 층과 비교 조성물에 따라 가교된 층에 대한 주파수(Hz)의 함수로서 90℃에서의 전도도를 나타낸다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따라 가교된 층과 비교 조성물에 따라 가교된 층에 대한 주파수(Hz)의 함수로서 90℃에서의 탄젠트 델타(tan(δ))를 나타낸다.
명료함을 위해, 본 발명을 이해하는데 필수적인 요소만이 개략적으로 도시되었고, 이것이 축척에 맞게 그려진 것은 아니다.
Claims (15)
- 중합체 물질, 및 다면체 구조(polyhedral structure)를 갖는 입자를 포함하는 가교성 중합체 조성물로부터 얻어지는 가교된 층(3, 4, 5)을 포함하는 전기 장치(1, 20, 30)로, 상기 입자가 최대 200℃의 용융점(melting point)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 입자는 Si-O 기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 입자는 POSS(polyhedric oligomeric silsesquioxane)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 입자는 적어도 하나의 비닐(CH=CH2) 작용기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 입자는 나노입자인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
가교성 중합체 조성물은, 상기 가교성 중합체 조성물의 총 중량에 대하여 다면체 구조를 갖는 입자를 20.0 중량% 이하, 바람직하게는 상기 다면체 구조를 갖는 입자를 10.0 중량% 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
가교성 중합체 조성물이 가교제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 가교제는 유기 과산화물(organic peroxide)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
가교성 중합체 조성물이 상기 가교성 중합체 조성물의 총 중량에 대하여 1.0 중량% 미만의 유기 과산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
중합체 물질은 하나 이상의 올레핀 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 올레핀 중합체는 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 단량체 삼원중합체(EPDM)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전기 장치는 상기 가교된 층으로 둘러싸인 신장된 전기 전도성 요소를 포함하는 전기 케이블(1)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 신장된 전도성 요소(2)는, 제1 반도전 층(3), 상기 제1 반도전 층을 둘러싸는 전기 절연 층(4), 및 상기 전기 절연 층을 둘러싸는 제2 반도전 층(5)에 의해 둘러싸이고, 상기 가교된 층은 상기 3 개의 층들 중 적어도 하나의 층이며, 바람직하게는 상기 가교된 층은 전기 절연 층(4)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전기 장치는 전기 케이블 부속품(20, 30)이고, 상기 부속품은 가교된 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 장치. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 부속품은 전기 케이블 조인트 또는 종단(termination)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 장치.
