Claims (16)
- 적어도 하나의 세장형 전기 전도성 부재(2), 상기 세장형 전기 전도성 부재(2)를 둘러싸고 있는 전기 절연층(4), 및 상기 전기 절연층(4)을 둘러싸고 있는 반도체층(5)을 포함하는 전기 케이블(1)로서,
상기 반도체층(5)은 적어도 하나의 비극성 올레핀 폴리머, 및 상기 가교성 폴리머 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 적어도 15 중량%의 부텐 폴리머를 포함하는 가교성 폴리머 조성물로부터 수득되는 가교층인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 케이블(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부텐 폴리머는 1-부텐의 코폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부텐 폴리머는 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 C5-C12 올레핀으로부터 선택되는 올레핀과 1-부텐의 코폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부텐 폴리머는 1-부텐의 호모폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부텐 폴리머는 적어도 10,000 g/mol의 분자량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가교성 폴리머 조성물은 상기 가교성 폴리머 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 적어도 6 중량%의 전도성 충전제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비극성 올레핀 폴리머는 에틸렌의 호모폴리머 및 코폴리머로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비극성 올레핀 폴리머는 선형 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌과 옥텐의 코폴리머 및 이의 블렌드로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가교성 폴리머 조성물은 상기 가교성 폴리머 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 적어도 20 중량%의 부텐 폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가교성 폴리머 조성물은 상기 가교성 폴리머 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 적어도 15 중량%의 비극성 올레핀 폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가교성 폴리머 조성물은 상기 가교성 폴리머 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 적어도 50 중량%의 폴리머(들)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가교성 폴리머 조성물은 상기 가교성 폴리머 조성물 내의 폴리머(들)의 총 중량에 대해 최대 30 중량%의 극성 폴리머(들)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가교성 폴리머 조성물은 적어도 하나의 가교제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가교성 폴리머 조성물은 적어도 하나의 산화 방지제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 절연층(4)은 적어도 하나의 올레핀 폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세장형 전기 전도성 부재(2)을 둘러쌈에 따라 상기 전기 절연층(4)에 둘러싸이는 추가적인 반도체층(3)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블(1).
