Claims (10)
- 적어도 2개의 롤 스탠드를 구비한 압연기를 이용하여, 상면 또는 하면에 압연 방향을 따라 1개 또는 복수의 돌출 릿지(ridge)부가 형성된 금속판을 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 제조 방법은,
외주면에 원주 방향을 따라 1개 또는 복수의 홈이 형성된 홈을 갖는 롤을 준비하는 준비 공정과,
롤 스탠드 중에서 최종 롤 스탠드의 적어도 1개 전단의 롤 스탠드를 선정하는 선정 공정과,
선정된 특정 롤 스탠드의 상측 롤 또는 하측 롤로서 홈을 갖는 롤을 장착하는 장착 공정과,
홈을 갖는 롤이 장착된 압연기에 의해서 피압연재를 압연하고, 홈을 갖는 롤의 각 홈에 각각 대응하여 돌출 릿지부가 형성된 돌출 릿지부를 갖는 금속판을 성형하는 성형 공정을 포함하며,
성형 공정에서는, 피압연재의 선단이 특정 롤 스탠드의 다음의 롤 스탠드에 이를 때까지, 특정 롤 스탠드의 롤에 의한 최대 압하율을 소요값보다 낮은 잠정값으로 설정하고, 피압연재의 선단이 특정 롤 스탠드의 다음의 롤 스탠드에 이른 후, 특정 롤 스탠드의 롤에 의한 최대 압하율을 소요값으로 변경하는, 돌출 릿지부를 갖는 금속판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 소요값이 10~80%인, 돌출 릿지부를 갖는 금속판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 잠정값이 상기 소요값의 10~90%인, 돌출 릿지부를 갖는 금속판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 홈을 갖는 롤의 종단면에 있어서의 상기 홈의 배치가 좌우 대칭인, 돌출 릿지부를 갖는 금속판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 홈을 갖는 롤의 종단면에 있어서의 상기 각 홈의 형상은, 직사각형, 사다리꼴 또는 V형인, 돌출 릿지부를 갖는 금속판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 홈을 갖는 롤에 있어서의 상기 홈의 폭이 5mm보다 크고 2000mm보다 작은, 돌출 릿지부를 갖는 금속판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 홈을 갖는 롤에 있어서의 상기 홈의 피치가 15mm보다 크고 2000mm보다 작은, 돌출 릿지부를 갖는 금속판의 제조 방법. - 상면 또는 하면에 1개 또는 복수의 돌출 릿지부가 형성된 돌출 릿지부를 갖는 금속판으로서,
돌출 릿지부의 피치가 15mm보다 크고 2000mm보다 작으며,
최소 판두께 tmin와 상기 돌출 릿지부의 높이 h의 합으로 나타내는 돌출 릿지부 판두께 t와, 최소 판두께 tmin의 판두께비(t/tmin)가, 1.0보다 크고 10.0보다 작은, 돌출 릿지부를 갖는 금속판. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 각 돌출 릿지부의 폭이 5mm보다 크고 2000mm보다 작은, 돌출 릿지부를 갖는 금속판. - 표면 또는 이면에 돌출 릿지부를 구비한 구조 부품으로서,
부분적으로 강도가 필요한 보강 영역을 갖고, 그 보강 영역의 표면 또는 이면에 돌출 릿지부가 배치된, 구조 부품.
