Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 평균 관능기 수가 2.3 이상의 에폭시 수지(a-1) 또는 지환식 에폭시 수지(a-2)인 에폭시 수지(a)와, 산무수물(b)과, 분자 중에 2 이상의 알코올성 수산기를 가지며, 또한 수산기 당량이 30g/eq∼650g/eq인 폴리올 화합물(c)과, 경화촉진제(d)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시 수지(a-1)가, 평균 관능기 수가 2.3 이상 5 이하의 에폭시 수지인 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시 수지(a-1)가, 트리페닐메탄형 에폭시 수지 또는 글리시딜아민형 에폭시 수지인 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제3항에 있어서,
에폭시 수지(a)로서, 트리페닐메탄형 에폭시 수지와 지환식 에폭시 수지(a-2)를 병용하는 것인 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올 화합물(c)이, 분자 내에 적어도 방향환 또는 시클로환을 갖는 화합물인 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올 화합물(c)이, 분자 내에 적어도 폴리알킬렌옥사이드를 갖는 화합물인 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 폴리알킬렌옥사이드를 구성하는 알킬렌옥사이드의 반복 단위수의 평균값이, 1∼9인 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 폴리알킬렌옥사이드가, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 또는 폴리프로필렌옥사이드인 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
또한, 산 변성 폴리부타디엔(e-1) 또는 폴리에테르설폰 수지(e-2)를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 산 변성 폴리부타디엔(e-1)이, 무수말레산 변성 폴리부타디엔인 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시 수지(a)와, 상기 산무수물(b)과, 상기 산 변성 폴리부타디엔(e-1)과의 합계 질량을 100질량부로 했을 때, 상기 산 변성 폴리부타디엔(e-1)을 1질량부∼40질량부의 비율로 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시 수지(a)와, 상기 산무수물(b)과, 상기 폴리에테르설폰 수지(e-2)와의 합계 질량을 100질량부로 했을 때, 상기 폴리에테르설폰 수지(e-2)를 1질량부∼30질량부의 비율로 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 에폭시 수지 조성물을 경화시켜서 이루어지는 경화물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 에폭시 수지 조성물과, 강화 섬유를 필수 성분으로 하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 강화 섬유의 체적 함유율이 40%∼85%의 범위 내인 섬유 강화 복합 재료. - 제14항에 기재된 경화물과 강화 섬유를 필수 성분으로 하는 섬유 강화 수지 성형품.
- 제17항에 있어서,
상기 강화 섬유의 체적 함유율이 40%∼85%의 범위 내인 섬유 강화 수지 성형품. - 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서,
전선 케이블의 코어 부재인, 섬유 강화 수지 성형품. - 제15항 또는 제16항에 기재된 섬유 강화 복합 재료를 열경화시키는 섬유 강화 수지 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 기재된 섬유 강화 복합 재료를 인발(引拔) 성형하는 섬유 강화 수지 성형품의 제조 방법.
