Claims (5)
- 래들 및 턴디쉬 중 적어도 하나에 수용된 용강에서 시편을 채취하고,
채취한 시편의 등축정율을 판단하고,
판단된 등축정율 정보에 기초하여 연속주조기의 전자기 교반장치를 선택적으로 작동시켜 주편을 주조하는 주편 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 판단된 등축정율이 미리 설정된 기준값 이하일 때 상기 전자기 교반장치를 작동시키는 주편 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 등축정율을 판단하는 것은,
상기 시편을 절단하고, 절단된 시편의 표면에 초음파센서를 이용하여 초음파 탐상을 실시하고, 상기 초음파센서에 의해 측정된 에코 초음파의 파형을 분석하여 절단된 시편의 주상정과 등축정의 두께정보에 기초하여 등축정율을 판단하는 주편 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 시편을 채취하는 것은,
샘플러를 통해 채취한 시편을 연속주조기에서 주조되는 주편의 냉각조건과 동일하게 냉각하는 것을 포함하는 주편 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 주편은 페라이트계 스테인리스강인 것을 특징으로 하는 주편 제조방법.
