도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량의 시동꺼짐 방지방법을 도시한 순서도,

도 4는 본 발명 적용에 따른 퍼지 컨트롤 밸브 단락 시 엔진RPM 변화를 도시한 그래프이다.

Claims (4)
- 제어부가 퍼지 컨트롤 밸브의 그라운드 단락 여부를 감지하는 단계;
상기 감지단계 수행결과, 상기 퍼지 컨트롤 밸브가 그라운드 단락된 경우, 상기 제어부가 산소센서를 이용하여 엔진으로 유입되는 연료의 농후정도를 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 판단단계 수행결과, 상기 연료가 농후하다고 판단된 경우, 상기 제어부가 엔진의 목표RPM을 상향 제어하는 단계;를 포함하는,
차량의 시동꺼짐 방지방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 감지단계에서는,
상기 제어부가 퍼지 컨트롤 밸브에 구동신호를 인가하는지 확인하는 과정;
상기 확인과정 수행결과, 상기 퍼지 컨트롤 밸브에 구동신호를 인가하지 않는 경우, 상기 제어부가 퍼지 컨트롤 밸브 측에서의 측정전압과 기설정된 설정전압을 비교하는 과정; 및
상기 비교과정 수행결과, 상기 측정전압이 기설정된 설정전압 미만인 경우, 상기 제어부가 상기 퍼지 컨트롤 밸브에 그라운드 단락이 발생한 것으로 판정하는 과정;이 포함되어 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
차량의 시동꺼짐 방지방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 감지단계 전, 상기 제어부는 엔진 가동시간이 기설정된 설정시간보다 긴 경우에만 상기 감지단계를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
차량의 시동꺼짐 방지방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 판단단계 수행결과, 상기 연료가 정상이라고 판단된 경우, 상기 제어부가 엔진의 현재RPM을 목표RPM으로 설정하는 단계;를 더 포함하는,
차량의 시동꺼짐 방지방법.
