Claims (13)
- 이동형 연료 작동식 난방 장치를 위해 액체 연료를 증발시키는 증발기 장치(1)로서:
액체 연료를 분배 및 증발시키는 증발기 바디(5); 및
상기 증발기 바디(5)에 액체 연료를 공급하는 적어도 하나의 연료 공급 라인(6)
을 포함하며, 상기 증발기 바디(5)는 적어도 편직 금속 와이어 패브릭(knitted metal wire fabric)(8)으로 이루어진 제1 영역(B1)을 구비하는 것인 증발기 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
편직 금속 와이어 패브릭(8)으로 이루어진 상기 제1 영역(B1)은 소성 변형되고 압축된 편직 금속 와이어 패브릭(8)을 갖는 것인 증발기 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 증발기 바디는 상기 제1 영역(B1)과는 상이한 기공도를 갖는 편직 금속 와이어 패브릭(8)을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 추가적인 영역(B2; B3)을 구비하는 것인 증발기 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 편직 금속 와이어 패브릭(8)은 적어도 하나의 추가적인 영역(B2; B3)에서 상기 제1 영역(B1)에서의 편직 금속 와이어 패브릭(8)과는 상이한 압축 정도 및 상이한 와이어 두께 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 모두를 갖는 것인 증발기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 편직 금속 와이어 패브릭(8)은 플랫 편직 패브릭(flat knitted fabric) 및 라운드 편직 패브릭(round knitted fabric) 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 모두로 이루어지는 것인 증발기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 편직 금속 와이어 패브릭(8)의 와이어들은 적어도 부분적으로 서로 용접, 솔더링 또는 소결되는 것인 증발기 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증발기 바디(5)는 부직 금속 패브릭, 직조 금속 패브릭, 금속 편조물(metal braiding) 및 메쉬 금속 패브릭 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 제2 영역(B2)을 적어도 구비하는 것인 증발기 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제2 영역(B2)은 상기 제1 영역(B1)에 소결, 솔더링 또는 용접에 의해 연결되는 것인 증발기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 편직 금속 와이어 패브릭(8)의 와이어들은 둥근 또는 편평한 단면 형상을 갖는 것인 증발기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 증발기 장치는 상기 증발기 바디(5)가 수용되고 상기 연료 공급 라인(6)이 개방되는 컵 형상의 증발기 수납부(2)를 구비하는 것인 증발기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 증발기 장치는 상기 증발기 바디(5)가 기대어지는 외주부를 갖는 로드형 증발기 홀더(2')를 구비하는 것인 증발기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
연소 공기 공급부(L)가 상기 증발기 바디(5)에 있어서의 상기 연료 공급 라인(6)과는 반대쪽을 향한 측으로 연소 공기를 공급하도록 마련되는 것인 증발기 장치. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 증발기 장치(1)를 구비하는 이동형 난방 장치.
