Claims (11)
- 스트립을 정방향 또는 역방향으로 이송시키면서 상기 스트립을 권취 및 권출하는 한 쌍의 텐션 릴;
상기 한 쌍의 텐션 릴 사이에 배치되고, 이송되는 상기 스트립의 상부 및 하부에 위치되어 상기 스트립을 압연하는 작업 롤; 및
상기 작업 롤을 사이에 두고 배치되는 압연유 분사 유닛을 포함하며,
상기 압연유 분사 유닛은 순차적으로 배치되어 서로 다른 농도의 압연유를 상기 스트립의 표면에 순차적으로 분사하는 복수의 노즐을 포함하는, 가역식 냉간 압연 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 노즐은 상기 작업 롤의 전단에 배치되는 제 1 노즐 및 상기 제 1 노즐의 전단에 배치되는 제 2 노즐을 포함하고,
제 2 노즐에서는 제 1 노즐보다 고농도의 압연유가 분사되는, 가역식 냉간 압연 장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 노즐은 저농도의 압연유가 저장된 제 1 탱크와 연결되고,
상기 제 2 노즐은 고동도의 압연유가 저장된 제 2 탱크와 연결되는, 가역식 냉간 압연 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 노즐에서 분사된 저농도의 압연유는 상기 제 1 탱크로 순환되며,
상기 제 2 탱크에 저장된 상기 고농도의 압연유의 일부는 저농도로 희석되어 상기 제 1 탱크로 공급되는, 가역식 냉간 압연 장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 스트립은 상기 한 쌍의 텐션 릴 사이를 반복적으로 이동하면서 상기 작업 롤에 의해 복수 회 압연되고,
상기 제 2 노즐은 최초 압연 시 또는 최종 압연 시에 고농도의 압연유를 분사하는, 가역식 냉간 압연 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 압연유 분사 유닛과 상기 텐션 릴의 사이에 배치되는 와이퍼 롤을 더 포함하는, 가역식 냉간 압연 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 스트립은 전기강판 스트립인, 가역식 냉간 압연 장치. - 스트립을 정방향 또는 역방향으로 이송시키면서,
스트립 표면의 이물질을 제거하는 단계; 상기 스트립의 표면에 제 1 압연유를 분사하는 단계; 및 상기 스트립을 압연하는 단계
를 복수 회 반복하되,
최초 압연 시 또는 최종 압연 시, 상기 제 1 압연유보다 농도가 높은 제 2 압연유를 상기 제 1 압연유를 분사하기 전에 상기 스트립의 표면에 분사하는, 압연유 공급 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 압연유는 2~4% 농도이고, 상기 제 2 압연유는 10~14% 농도인, 압연유 공급 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 최초 압연 시 또는 최종 압연 시, 상기 스트립이 압연되는 지점에서의 상기 제 1 압연유 및 상기 제 1 압연유가 혼합된 상태의 농도는 6~8%인, 압연유 공급 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 압연유는 순환 공급되고, 상기 제 2 압연유는 희석되어 상기 제 1 압연유로 공급되는, 압연유 공급 방법.
