Abstract
본 발명은 이를 위해 고정접점을 갖는 고정자, 가동접점을 가지며, 고정자에 대해 회전가능하게 설치된 가동자를 포함하는 기중차단기의 접점 구조에 있어서, 고정접점과 가동접점의 접촉면이 경사지게 배치되고, 고정접점과 가동접점의 접촉면을 공통으로 지나는 선분이 가동자의 종축 중심선을 지나는 선분에 대해 예각을 이루도록 구성한 기중차단기의 접점 구조를 제시한다.

Claims (5)
- 고정접점을 갖는 고정자,
가동접점을 가지며, 고정자에 대해 회전가능하게 설치된 가동자를 포함하는 기중차단기의 접점 구조에 있어서,
고정접점과 가동접점의 접촉면이 경사지게 배치되고,
고정접점과 가동접점의 접촉면을 공통으로 지나는 선분이 가동자의 종축 중심선을 지나는 선분에 대해 예각을 이루도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 기중차단기의 접점 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
고정접점이 설치되는 고정자에 위치하는 고정접점 시트와 가동접점이 설치되는 가동자에 위치하는 가동접점 시트를 경사지게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 기중차단기의 접점 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
고정접점 및 가동접점의 접촉면을 경사지게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 기중차단기의 접점 구조. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
예각의 범위는 10도 내지 40도인 것을 특징으로 하는 기중차단기의 접점 구조. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
가동자는 하우징에 일단이 회전 가능하게 설치되는 케이지에 설치되며,
케이지와 가동자 사이에는 접압 스프링이 개재되며,
가동자의 선단으로부터 가동자의 종축 방향을 따라 접압 스프링, 가동접점, 가동자의 회전축이 순서대로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 기중차단기의 접점 구조.
