도 2b는 본 발명의 실시예에 따르는 도 2a에 도시된 나사의 나사 헤드의 제1 표면의 상측 평면도를 도시한다.
도 3a는 본 발명의 실시예에 따르는 도 2a 및 도 2b에 도시된 나사의 측면도를 도시한다.
도 3b는 본 발명의 실시예에 따르는 도 2a, 도 2b 및 도 3a에 도시된 나사의 나사 헤드가 가지는 제1 표면의 상측 평면도를 도시한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따르는 키트의 종방향 횡단면도를 도시한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따르는 나사 헤드를 가진 나사의 상측 평면도를 도시한다.
도 6a 내지 도 6c는 본 발명의 실시예에 따르는 도 4에 도시된 키트의 힌지 내에서 나사를 교체하기 위한 방법의 흐름도를 도시한다.
Claims (1)
- 힌지 내로 나사를 삽입하는 방법으로서,
내부에 나사산식 중공 채널(64)을 갖는 실린더(62)에 피벗회전하도록 결합된 제1 및 제2 스트랩(60, 61)을 포함한 힌지를 제공하는 단계,
제1 표면(19) 및 상기 제1 표면으로부터 이격되는 방향으로 향하는 제2 표면(18)을 갖는 헤드(15)를 포함한 나사를 나사산식 중공 채널 내로 삽입하기 위하여 나사(10)를 제공하는 단계 - 제2 표면은 나사가 채널 내로 삽입될 수 있도록 채널 내의 나사산과 결합되는 나사산식 제1 부분(20) 및 나사산식 제1 부분의 원위 단부로부터 연장되는 비-나사산식 제2 부분(30)을 포함한 신장된 스템(11)을 가지며 나사산식 제1 부분의 근위 단부는 나사 헤드의 제2 표면에 기계적으로 그리고 물리적으로 결합되고, 이 결합은 브레이크어웨이가 아니며, 브레이크어웨이(25)는 나사산식 제1 부분의 원위 단부에 비-나사산식 제2 부분을 제거가능하게 결합하고 비-나사산식 제2 부분(30)의 직경(W3)은 나사산식 제1 부분의 직경(W2)보다 작음 - ,
나사산식 중공 채널(64)과 신장된 스템의 비-나사산식 제2 부분을 정렬하는 단계,
상기 제2 부분이 나사산식 중공 채널로부터 외부로 연장되도록 나사산식 중공 채널(64) 내로 신장된 스템의 비-나사산식 제2 부분(30)을 삽입하는 단계,
나사(10)의 나사산식 제1 부분(20)이 나사산식 중공 채널(64) 내로 삽입되도록 신장된 스템(11)의 비-나사산식 제2 부분(30)을 잡아당기는 단계,
나사산식 중공 채널(64)의 나사산과 신장된 스템(11)의 나사산식 제1 부분(20)을 정렬시키는 단계,
나사산식 중공 채널 내로 상기 나사산식 제1 부분(20)을 나사체결시키는 단계, 및
나사산식 제1 부분이 나사산식 중공 채널(40) 내로 나사체결된 후에 브레이크어웨이(25)에서 나사산식 제1 부분(20)으로부터 비-나사산식 제2 부분을 파열시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
