Description
도 2 는 본 발명의 실시형태에 따른 열교환기의 격벽을 형성하는 측방 벽 튜브들의 개략적인 수직 단면도이다.
Claims (8)
- 유동층 (fluidized bed) 보일러 (12) 의 유동층 열교환기 (10) 로서,
상기 열교환기는 상기 유동층 보일러의 노에 인접한 전방 벽 (16), 상기 전방 벽의 반대편에 있는 후방 벽 (18) 및 두 개의 측방 벽 (60, 60') 을 포함하고, 벽들은 수관 (water tube) 패널들로서 형성되고, 또한 상기 열교환기는 상기 유동층 보일러로부터 상기 열교환기까지 고온 입자들을 도입하기 위해 상기 열교환기의 상부 부분의 제 1 섹션에 배치된 입구 개구 (24), 상기 고온 입자들로부터 열을 회수하기 위한 열교환 표면 (34) 및 상기 열교환기로부터 상기 유동층 보일러까지 다시 냉각 입자들을 오버플로우로서 복귀시키기 위해 상기 열교환기의 상기 상부 부분의 제 2 섹션에 배치된 출구 개구 (36) 를 포함하고, 상기 열교환기는 상기 열교환기의 상기 상부 부분의 상기 제 1 섹션 (38) 과 상기 제 2 섹션 (40) 사이의 격벽 (26) 을 포함하고,
상기 격벽은 상기 전방 벽으로부터 상기 열교환기의 중심 섹션까지 연장하고,
상기 격벽 (26) 은 상기 열교환기내에 도입된 상기 고온 입자들을 상기 유동층 보일러 (12) 의 노로부터 더 멀리 안내하도록 하방으로 기울어져 있고,
상기 격벽 (26) 은 상기 열교환기의 적어도 하나의 측방 벽 (60, 60') 으로부터의 수관들을, 상기 격벽의 중심 섹션 (64) 을 향하여 연장하는 제 1 수평 섹션 (62, 62') 으로서 그리고 상기 격벽의 상기 중심 섹션으로부터 다시 상기 측방 벽으로 연장하는 제 2 수평 섹션 (66, 66') 으로서 굽힘으로써 형성되고,
상기 격벽 (26) 은 상기 전방 벽 (16) 으로부터 그리고 상기 후방 벽 (18) 으로부터 등거리에 있는 상기 열교환기의 부분까지 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 격벽 (26) 은 상기 전방 벽과 상기 후방 벽 사이의 거리의 30-70% 만큼 상기 전방 벽 (16) 및 상기 후방 벽 (18) 으로부터 이격되어 있는 상기 열교환기의 부분까지 상기 전방 벽 (16) 으로부터 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 격벽 (26) 은 상기 열교환기의 상기 두 개의 측방 벽들 (60, 60') 의 각각으로부터의 수관들을, 상기 격벽의 중심 섹션 (64) 을 향하여 연장하는 제 1 수평 섹션 (62, 62') 으로서 그리고 상기 격벽의 상기 중심 섹션으로부터 다시 상기 측방 벽으로 연장하는 제 2 수평 섹션 (66, 66') 으로서 굽힘으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 열교환기. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 수평 섹션 (62, 62') 은 상기 제 2 수평 섹션 (66, 66') 바로 아래에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 격벽은 상기 출구 개구 (36) 의 상기 하부 에지 (42) 의 레벨로부터 0.2 m 이내의 수직 레벨에 하부 단부 (44) 를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 격벽은 상기 출구 개구 (36) 의 하부 에지 (42) 의 수직 레벨 아래에 하부 단부 (44) 를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열교환 표면 (34) 은 상기 출구 개구 (36) 의 하부 에지 (42) 의 수직 레벨 아래에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 열교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열교환기 (10) 아래에 윈드박스가 배치되고, 상기 윈드박스는 상기 격벽 (26) 아래에 있지 않는 상기 윈드박스의 제 1 섹션 (30) 및 상기 격벽 (26) 아래에 있는 상기 윈드박스의 제 2 섹션 (30') 으로 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 열교환기.
