Claims (15)
- 권선 장치(winding apparatus)(1)에 있어서,
- 프레임(3);
- 제1 회전축 둘레에서 모션을 수행할 가능성을 가지고 상기 프레임(3) 상에 회전가능하게 장착된 지지부(4);
- 상기 지지부(4)를 회전시키기 위한 제1 모터축(6); 및
- 재료가 래핑되는 코어(9)
를 포함하며,
상기 코어(9)는 상기 제1 회전축과 동축이 아닌 제2 회전축 둘레에서 모션을 수행할 가능성을 가지고 상기 지지부(4) 상에 회전가능하게 장착되고, 상기 장치는 상기 코어(9)를 회전시키기 위한 제2 모터축(11)을 포함하는,
권선 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 모터축(11)은 상기 제1 회전축과 동축인,
권선 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
공급 평면에 있는 재료 공급 수단(2)과, 권선 동안에 상기 코어(9) 둘레에 래핑되는 재료의 축적을 고려하도록 상기 공급 평면을 가로지르는 적어도 하나의 방향으로 상기 프레임(3)에 모션을 제공하는 운동 수단을 포함하는,
권선 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코어(9)는 비원형 형상인,
권선 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 모터축(6)과 상기 제2 모터축(11)은 서로 독립적으로 구동되는,
권선 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
서로 상이한 제1 및 제2 운동 법칙으로 상기 제1 및 제2 모터축(6; 11)을 제어하도록 컴퓨터 프로그램 명령어를 구비한 프로그램가능한 전자 제어 수단을 포함하는,
권선 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 운동 법칙은 비상수 회전속도(non-constant rotation speed)를 갖고, 그리고/또는 상기 제2 운동 법칙은 비상수 회전속도를 갖는,
권선 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 운동 법칙과 상기 제2 운동 법칙은, 제약조건으로서, 상기 코어(9)의 일부 또는 상기 재료(2)의 일부에 대한 적어도 하나의 위치와, 상기 코어(9)의 일부 또는 상기 재료(2)의 일부에 대한 적어도 하나의 속도를 포함하는 적어도 2개의 매개변수를 갖도록 생성되는,
권선 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 모터축(6)은 상기 제1 회전축과 동축이 아닌,
권선 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 모터축(11)은 상기 프레임(3)과 회전가능하게 결합되는 부분과, 상기 지지부(4)와 회전가능하게 결합되는 부분을 갖는,

- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 모터축(11)으로부터 상기 코어(9)로 모션을 전달하기 위한 적어도 하나의 메커니즘(14)을 포함하는,

상기 지지부(4)는 상기 메커니즘(14)의 적어도 일부를 수용하는 수용 용적부를 형성하는,
권선 장치.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,
상기 제1 모터축(6)으로부터 상기 지지부(4)로 모션을 전달하기 위한 전달 수단(8)을 포함하며, 상기 전달 수단(8)은 상기 메커니즘(14)과는 별개인,

- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 메커니즘(14)은 상기 제1 회전축과 동축이 아니고 상기 제2 회전축과 동축이 아닌 제3 회전축 둘레에서 회전할 가능성을 가지고 상기 지지부(4) 상에 회전가능하게 장착된 적어도 하나의 치형 휠(toothed wheel)(15)을 포함하는,
권선 장치.
- 적어도 하나의 전극 및/또는 적어도 하나의 세퍼레이터를 권취하도록 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 권선 장치(1)를 이용하여 전기에너지 축적 장치를 제조하는 방법.
