Abstract
a) 상기 배합물을 기준으로 하여, 75.0 wt% 내지 98.0 wt%의 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머 및
b) 상기 배합물을 기준으로 하여, 2.0 wt% 내지 15.0 wt%의, 0.915g/㎤ 이하의 ISO 1183D에 따른 밀도 및 2.0 내지 30g/10분의 범위의 ISO 1133 (190℃; 2.16kg)에 따른 MFR2를 갖는, 에틸렌계 플라스토머의 배합물을 포함하고,
상기 필름은 에틸렌계 플라스토머가 없는 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머계 필름과 비교하여 광학 특성뿐만 아니라 인열 내성을 동시에 개선하는, 폴리프로필렌 단일-층 필름.
Description
Claims (10)
- 취입 필름 또는 캐스트 필름 기술로 생산된 폴리프로필렌 단일-층 필름으로서,
a) 상기 배합물을 기준으로 하여, 75.0 wt% 내지 98.0 wt%의 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머 및
b) 상기 배합물을 기준으로 하여, 2.0 wt% 내지 15.0 wt%의, 0.915g/㎤ 이하의 ISO 1183D에 따른 밀도 및 2.0 내지 30g/10분의 범위의 ISO 1133 (190℃; 2.16kg)에 따른 MFR2를 갖는 에틸렌계 플라스토머의 배합물
을 포함하고,
상기 필름은,
i) 50μm의 필름 두께에 대하여, 에틸렌계 플라스토머가 없는 필름보다도 적어도 5% 낮은 ASTM D1003에 따른 헤이즈
ii) 50μm의 필름 두께에 대하여, 에틸렌계 플라스토머가 없는 필름보다도 적어도 5% 높은 ASTM D2457에 따른 광택 (20°) 및
iii) 50μm의 필름 두께에 대하여, 에틸렌계 플라스토머가 없는 필름보다도 적어도 5% 높은 엘멘도르프 방법 (ISO 6383-2)에 따른 기계 방향에서 상대 인열 내성 [cN/μm]
을 갖는, 폴리프로필렌 단일-층 필름. - 취입 필름 또는 캐스트 필름 기술로 생산된 폴리프로필렌 단일-층 필름으로서,
a) 상기 배합물을 기준으로 하여, 75.0 wt% 내지 98.0 wt%의 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머 및
b) 상기 배합물을 기준으로 하여, 2.0 wt% 내지 15.0 wt%의, 0.915g/㎤ 이하의 ISO 1183D에 따른 밀도 및 2.0 내지 30g/10분의 범위의 ISO 1133 (190℃; 2.16kg)에 따른 MFR2를 갖는 에틸렌계 플라스토머의 배합물
을 포함하고,
상기 필름은,
i) 50μm의 필름 두께에 대하여, 최대 2.0%의 ASTM D1003에 따른 헤이즈
ii) 50μm의 필름 두께에 대하여, 적어도 80%의 ASTM D2457에 따른 광택 (20°) 및
iii) 50μm의 필름 두께에 대하여, 적어도 0.70 cN/μm의 엘멘도르프 방법 (ISO 6383-2)에 따른 기계 방향에서 상대 인열 내성 [cN/μm] 및 50μm의 필름 두께에 대하여, 적어도 1.80 cN/μm의 엘멘도르프 방법 (ISO 6383-2)에 따른 횡 방향에서 상대 인열 내성 [cN/μm]
을 갖는, 폴리프로필렌 단일-층 필름. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머는 프로필렌 및 에틸렌 또는 C4 내지 C20 α-올레핀의 코폴리머이고, 상기 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머 중, 프로필렌 이외의 C2 내지 C20 α-올레핀, 바람직하게는 에틸렌 또는 C4 내지 C10 α-올레핀, 더 바람직하게는 에틸렌은, 1.0 wt% 내지 7.0 wt%, 더 바람직하게는 1.5 wt% 내지 6.0 wt%, 더욱 더 바람직하게는 2.0 wt% 내지 5.5 wt%의 범위이고, 그리고 상기 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머의 용융 유동 속도 (MFR230 /2.16)은 ISO1133에 따라 측정되고, 1.5 내지 15.0g/10분의 범위, 더 바람직하게는 1.8 내지 10.0g/10분의 범위, 더욱 더 바람직하게는 2.0 내지 9.0g/10분의 범위인, 폴리프로필렌 단일-층 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌계 플라스토머는 에틸렌 및 프로필렌 또는,
(a) 0.860 내지 0.915g/㎤의 범위, 바람직하게는 0.870 내지 0.910g/㎤의 범위인 밀도,
(b) 2.0 내지 30g/10분의 범위, 바람직하게는 3.0 내지 20g/10분의 범위 그리고 더 바람직하게는 5.0 내지 15.0g/분의 범위인 MFR2 (ISO 1133; 190℃; 2.16kg)
(c) 130℃ 미만, 바람직하게는 120℃ 미만, 더 바람직하게는 110℃ 미만, 그리고 가장 바람직하게는 100℃ 미만의 (ISO 11357-3:1999에 따라 DSC로 측정된) 용융점,
(d) 상기 코폴리머가 에틸렌 및 프로필렌의 코폴리머인 경우, 10 wt% 내지 55 wt%, 바람직하게는 15 wt% 내지 50 wt% 그리고 더 바람직하게는 18 wt% 내지 48 wt%의 에틸렌 함량, 및
(e) 상기 코폴리머가 에틸렌 및 C4-C10 알파 올레핀의 코폴리머인 경우, 60 wt% 내지 95 wt%, 바람직하게는 65 wt% 내지 90 wt% 그리고 더 바람직하게는 70 wt% 내지 88 wt%의 에틸렌 함량
을 갖는, C4 - C10 알파-올레핀의 코폴리머인, 폴리프로필렌 단일-층 필름. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 5 μm 내지 300μm, 바람직하게는 10 μm 내지 200μm, 더 바람직하게는 20 μm 내지 150μm의 두께를 갖고, 그리고 비-배향(non-oriented), 단일-축(mono-axially), 또는 이-축으로 배향(bi-axially oriented)될 수 있는, 폴리프로필렌 단일-층 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 비-배향된 캐스트 필름인, 폴리프로필렌 단일-층 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌 단일-층 필름의 생산 방법으로서,
a. 상기 배합물을 기준으로 하여, 75.0 wt% 내지 98.0 wt%의 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머 및 2.0 wt% 내지 15.0 wt%의 에틸렌계 플라스토머의 배합에 의해 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머-플라스토머-배합물을 제공하는 단계,
b. 취입 필름 또는 캐스트 필름 기술 등에 의해 상기 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머-플라스토머-배합물을 필름으로 형성하는 단계 및
c. 임의로, 상기 상기 필름을 표면 에너지를 증가시키는 처리에 노출하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 포장 필름 및 의료/위생적인 필름용 적층 또는 단일- 또는 다층 필름을 위한, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 단일-층 필름의 용도로서, 상기 단일-층 필름은 적어도 하나의 층을 형성하는, 용도.
- 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머 단일-층 필름의 광학 특성, 예컨대 헤이즈 및 광택뿐만 아니라 인열 내성을 동시에 개선하기 위한, 0.915g/㎤ 이하의 ISO 1183D에 따른 밀도 및 2.0 내지 30g/10분의 범위인 ISO 1133 (190℃; 2.16kg)에 따른 MFR2를 갖는, 에틸렌계 플라스토머의 용도.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제1항 또는 제2항의 100% 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머-플라스토머-배합물을 제공하기 위하여, 상기 에틸렌계 플라스토머가 랜덤 프로필렌 코폴리머에 2.0 wt% 내지 15.0 wt%, 바람직하게는 3.0 wt% 내지 12.0 wt%, 그리고 더 바람직하게는 5.0 wt% 내지 10 wt%의 양으로 첨가되는, 용도.
