Abstract
Description
도 2는 페라이트 촉매를 부타디엔 제조 반응기에 충진한 모식도로서, (a)는 종래 방식에 따른 페라이트 촉매 파우더와 이너트 바인더의 물리적인 혼합 충진(불균일 분산에 해당)을 나타내며, (b)는 본 기재에 따른 페라이트계 촉매 그래뉼이 이너트 바인더 중에 분산 삽입된 복합체 충진(상대적으로 균일한 분산에 해당)을 각각 나타낸다.
도 3은 부타디엔 생성도중 도 2의 (a),(b)의 촉매 충진층에서 형성된 반응기 세로방향 길이에 따라 핫스폿 온도변화(℃)를 살펴본 그래프이다.

Claims (12)
- 이너트 바인더(inert binder) 20 내지 99 중량% 및 상기 이너트 바인더에 분산 삽입된 페라이트계 촉매 그래뉼 1 내지 80 중량%를 포함하는 페라이트계 촉매 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 페라이트계 촉매 그래뉼은 3가 철과 2가 금속의 산화물로서, 여기서 2가 금속은 아연(Zn), 마그네슘(Mg), 망간(Mn), 및 코발트(Co)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 페라이트 촉매의 그래뉼인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 촉매 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 페라이트계 촉매 그래뉼은 평균 입경이 0.1 내지 1.25 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 촉매 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이너트 바인더는 알루미늄 화합물, 실리카 화합물, 및 실리카 알루미늄 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 촉매 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 촉매 복합체는 직경이 1 내지 20 mm이고 단면이 원형 혹은 비정형인 구형; 직경이 1 내지 20 mm이고 단면이 원형 혹은 비정형이고 높이가 1 내지 20 mm인 원기둥; 또는 직경이 1 내지 20 mm이고 단면이 각형 혹은 비정형이고 높이가 1 내지 20 mm인 각기둥;인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 촉매 복합체. - 페라이트계 촉매 그래뉼과 이너트 바인더 및 액상 바인더를 혼합하여 성형하되, 상기 페라이트계 촉매 그래뉼과 이너트 바인더의 중량비는 1:99 내지 80:20인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 촉매 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 페라이트계 촉매 그래뉼의 제조방법은 3가 철 전구체 및 2가 양이온 금속 전구체를 증류수에 용해시켜 전구체 수용액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 전구체 수용액과 염기성 수용액을 증류수가 준비된 공침조에 점적하여 공침 용액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 공침 용액을 여과하여 공침물을 수득하는 단계; 상기 공침물을 열처리하여 페라이트계 촉매를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 페라이트계 촉매를 평균 입경 0.1 내지 1.25 mm이 되도록 분쇄하는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 2가 양이온 금속은 아연(Zn), 마그네슘(Mg), 망간(Mn), 및 코발트(Co)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 촉매 복합체의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 액상 바인더는 물, 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올, 이소프로필알코올, 에틸렌 글리콜, 및 글리세린으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 촉매 복합체의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 액상 바인더는 페라이트계 촉매 그래뉼과 이너트 바인더의 총 100 중량부 기준으로 20 내지 100 중량부 범위 내로 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 촉매 복합체의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 성형은 타정 성형 또는 압출 성형인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 촉매 복합체의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 성형 후 성형물을 건조; 열처리; 또는 건조 및 열처리;시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 촉매 복합체의 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 페라이트계 촉매 복합체를 반응기에 충진하고 C4라피네이트로부터 부타디엔을 제조하되, 상기 촉매 복합체의 충진층이 형성된 반응기 내부 핫스폿 기준으로, 반응기의 세로방향 길이 50mm 이전 핫스폿 온도변화(℃)를 Td라 할 때, Td≤65인 것을 특징으로 하는 부타디엔의 제조방법.
