Claims (5)
- 평균 유화 입자 직경이 2 내지 40㎛인 수중 유형 유화물의 겔상 조성물이며, 트리글리세라이드를 20 내지 60질량% 함유하고, 해당 트리글리세라이드의 전체 구성 지방산 중의 중쇄 지방산 함유량이 40질량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리글리세라이드가 중쇄 지방산 트리글리세라이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중쇄 지방산 트리글리세라이드의 구성 지방산이, 탄소수 8, 탄소수 10 및 탄소수 12의 중쇄 지방산으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 트리글리세라이드의 구성 지방산으로서 포함되는 중쇄 지방산의 합계 중, 탄소수가 8 이하인 중쇄 지방산이 차지하는 비율이 40질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 겔상 조성물을 제조하는 방법이며, 겔화제를 포함하는 수상과, 트리글리세라이드를 포함하는 유상을 유화하고, 평균 유화 입자 직경이 2 내지 40㎛인 수중 유형 유화물을 제조한 후, 해당 수중 유형 유화물을 겔화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 조성물의 제조 방법.
