Claims (10)
- 윈저 타입 III 마이크로에멀션 플러딩(Winsor type III microemulsion flooding)을 이용한 광유 생산 방법으로서, 오일과 물 사이의 계면장력을 0.1 mN/m 미만으로 감소시킬 목적으로, 1종 이상의 이온성 계면활성제를 포함하는 수성 계면활성제 배합물을 하나 이상의 주입정을 통해 광유 광상(mineral oil deposit)으로 주입하고, 광상으로부터 하나 이상의 생산정을 통해 원유를 인출하며, 상기 계면활성제 배합물이 하기 일반식의 계면활성제를 1종 이상 포함하는 것인 생산 방법:
R1-O-(CH2C(CH3)HO)m(CH2CH2O)n-XY- M+
상기 식에서,
R1은 16∼18개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 비분지형의 포화 또는 불포화 직쇄 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼이고,
n은 0∼99이며,
m은 0∼99이고, 이때 n과 m의 합은 3∼99의 범위이며,
Y-는 설페이트 기, 설포네이트 기, 카복실레이트 기 및 포스페이트 기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,
X는 0∼10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 또는 알킬렌 기이며,
M+는 양이온이다. - 제1항에 있어서, R1은 16∼18개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 비분지형의 포화 직쇄 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼이고, Y-는 설페이트 기, 설포네이트 기 및 카복실레이트 기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며, 계면활성제 중에 두 알킬렌 옥시드가 존재할 경우, 알킬렌 옥시드는 80% 초과가 블록 형태로 배열되고, 프로필렌 옥시드 블록이 상기에 기재된 R1-O에 직접 연결되며, n과 m의 합은 5∼15의 범위인 생산 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, m이 n보다 큰 것인 생산 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모든 계면활성제의 총 농도가 수성 계면활성제 배합물의 총량을 기준으로 0.05∼5 중량%인 생산 방법.
- 하기 일반식의 이온성 계면활성제를 1종 이상 포함하는, 광유 생산을 위한 수성 계면활성제 배합물:
R1-O-(CH2C(CH3)HO)m(CH2CH2O)n-XY- M+
상기 식에서,
R1은 16∼18개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 비분지형의 포화 또는 불포화 직쇄 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼이고,
n은 0∼99이며,
m은 0∼99이고, 이때 n과 m의 합은 3∼99의 범위이며,

M+는 양이온이다. - 제5항에 있어서, R1은 16∼18개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 비분지형의 포화 직쇄 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼이고, Y-는 설페이트 기, 설포네이트 기 및 카복실레이트 기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며, 계면활성제 중에 두 알킬렌 옥시드가 존재할 경우, 알킬렌 옥시드는 80% 초과가 블록 형태로 배열되고, 프로필렌 옥시드 블록이 상기에 기재된 R1-O에 직접 연결되며, n과 m의 합은 5∼15의 범위인 수성 계면활성제 배합물.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 모든 계면활성제의 총 농도가 수성 계면활성제 배합물의 총량을 기준으로 0.05∼5 중량%인 수성 계면활성제 배합물.
- 하기 일반식의 계면활성제:
R1-O-(CH2C(CH3)HO)m(CH2CH2O)n-XY- M+
