Description
도 2는 회전 샤프트와 분리장치를 구비하는 카테터를 길이방향 단면도로 나타낸 것이다.

이송채널(1,1')을 구비하고, 상기 유체는 관통흐름 방향(4,5,6)으로 이동될 수 있으며, 자석 장치(13,13',13",14,18,19,20)를 구비하고, 상기 자석 장치는 자기적으로 투과 가능한 고상 물질층(14)으로부터 분리된 적어도 하나의 자석(13,13',13")을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 자석은 이송 채널내에 존재하는 유체 내의 자성입자 또는 자화가능한 입자와 독자적으로 상호작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 선행하는 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1 및 제2 유체연결부(11,12)와 연결되며, 그 사이에서 분리장치가 유밀한 유체 채널을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 선행하는 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
자기적으로 투과 가능한 고상 물질층(14)에 의해 봉인되며 유체가 그 모든 면 주위로 흐르는 자석(13,13")이 유체 채널 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
자석(13,13")이 실린더 또는 직육면체로 설계되고, 상기 자석의 유체 채널의 길이 방향으로의 길이가 자석의 직경보다 크며, 유체 채널의 실린더 부분에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
자석(13,13") 내에서 자기장선(magnetic field lines)이 유체의 흐름 방향에 대하여 가로지르는 방향으로, 특히 수직방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
자석(13,13',13")은 관통흐름 방향에 대한 수직 방향에서보다 관통흐름 방향에서 보다 더 작게 확장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 선행하는 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
이송 채널(1')을 둘러싸는 환형 본체(27)를 포함하며, 상기 이송채널은 관통채널을 구비하는 카테터(24)를 수용하도록 구성되고, 자석(13')은 환형 본체(27) 내, 이송채널과 인접한 공동(cavity) 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
환형 본체가 주변방향(peripheral direction)으로 단일편(one piece)으로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
환형 본체(27)가 주변방향으로 적어도 한번은 단속되며, 이로써 특히 카테터(24)에 고정되도록 하기 위하여 접혀서 열릴 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 제1항 또는 종속하는 항들 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
자석 장치(13,13',13",14,18,19,20) 영역의 흐름 채널이, 유체의 흐름방향 기준으로 자석장치의 영역의 상류측에 해당되는 영역에서의 흐름 채널 보다 더 큰 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
카테터 장치는 카테터를 통한 유체 흐름을 제어하기 위한 적어도 하나의 밸브를 구비하며, 상기 밸브는, 공급공을 구비하면서 연장되는 공급채널과, 배출공을 구비하면서 연장되는 배출채널이 마련되는 밸브 제어실,
밸브 제어실 내에서 제어에 의하여 이동가능하며, 적어도 하나의 제1위치에서 배출공을 폐쇄하고, 적어도 하나의 제2위치에서 공급공을 폐쇄하며, 적어도 하나의 제3위치에서 공급공과 배출공 사이의 연결 채널을 개방상태로 유지하는 폐쇄부재,
를 포함하며, 밸브 구동부가 마련되어 상기 폐쇄부재를 적어도 제1, 제2, 또는 제3위치로 선택적으로 이동시키는 밸브 구동부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 선행하는 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
이송채널(1,1')은 입자들의 중간 저장을 위한 저장고를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 저장고는 자기력의 영향을 받아, 이송채널(1,1')이 관통흐름에 의해 지배되는 경우에도 금속 입자들이 그 안에 잔류하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서,
상기 저장고는 두개의 단부를 포함하며, 양 단부가 유체가 유통되는 방법으로 이송채널(1,1')에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 제14항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 저장고는 공간적으로 경계가 정해진 이송채널(1,1')의 단면을 확장하듯이 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 장치. - 흐르는 유체와 연결되는 기능성 부재의 보호장치에 있어서,
유체내의 입자들을 구속하기 위한 것으로서, 적어도 하나의 자석 요소를 구비하는 분리장치가 유체의 흐름 채널, 특히 카테터를 따라서, 기능성 부재로부터 이격되는 방법으로 마련되며, 특히 상기 분리장치가 상기 기능성 부재와 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 부재의 보호장치. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 부재는 밀봉재 및/또는 베어링이며, 특히 볼베어링 또는 평면베어링인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 부재의 보호장치.
