Claims (12)
- 평균 길이가 3 내지 10mm인 탄소 단섬유, 회분율이 0.15질량% 이하인 천연 펄프, 및 가열 처리함으로써 탄화되는 수지를 포함하는 전구체 섬유 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천연 펄프가 술파이트 펄프인 전구체 섬유 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 섬유 시트에 포함되는 상기 천연 펄프의 함유량이, 탄소 단섬유 100질량부에 대하여 5 내지 100질량부의 범위 내인 전구체 섬유 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 천연 펄프가 목재 펄프인 전구체 섬유 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전구체 섬유 시트를 탄화 처리하여 이루어지는 다공질 탄소 시트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 다음 (I)식에 의해 정의되는 다공질 탄소 시트의 결착 탄화물 비율 R이 30 내지 60%인 다공질 탄소 시트.

단, A: 다공질 탄소 시트의 단위 면적당 질량(g/m2)
B: 탄소 단섬유의 단위 면적당 질량(g/m2) - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 시트의 평균 두께가 60 내지 300㎛인 다공질 탄소 시트.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인장 강도가 15 내지 50MPa인 다공질 탄소 시트.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단위 면적 1m2당 탄소 단섬유 다발에 의한 외관 결점수가 1.0 이하이며, 또한 구멍, 이물 및 그을음에 의한 외관 결점수의 합계가 0.5 이하인 다공질 탄소 시트.
- 제5항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로 발수성 수지를 포함하는 다공질 탄소 시트.
- 제5항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소질 입자를 포함하는 미다공질층이 형성되어 이루어지는 다공질 탄소 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전구체 섬유 시트를, 최고 온도 1300 내지 3000℃의 범위 내에서 가열하여, 천연 펄프, 및 가열 처리함으로써 탄화되는 수지를 결착 탄화물로 전환시키는 다공질 탄소 시트의 제조 방법.
