Abstract
(해결 수단) 이온성 단량체 (A), 비이온성 수용성 단량체 (B), 비중합성 화합물 (C)와 광 중합 개시제 (D), 및/또는 다관능성 불포화 단량체 (E)를 함유하는 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물을 이용함으로써, 형성된 러프 조형물로부터 서포트재를 효율적으로 제거할 수 있고, 표면 오염되지 않고 또한 고조형 정밀도의 입체 조형물을 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (13)
- 이온성 단량체 (A) 1.0질량% 이상을 포함하는 3차원 조형 서포트재용 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
이온성 단량체 (A) 1.0∼30.0질량%, 비(非)이온성 수용성 단량체 (B) 2.0∼60.0질량%, 비중합성 화합물 (C) 25.0∼80.0질량%와 광 중합 개시제 (D) 0.1∼5.0질량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
이온성 단량체 (A) 1.0∼30.0질량%, 비이온성 수용성 단량체 (B) 10.0∼60.0질량%, 비중합성 화합물 (C) 25.0∼60.0질량%와 광 중합 개시제 (D) 0.1∼5.0질량%를 함유하고, 활성 에너지선 조사에 의해 얻어진 경화물이 수용성 혹은 수(水) 분산성인 것을 특징으로 하는 서포트재용 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
이온성 단량체 (A) 1.0∼30.0질량%, 비이온성 수용성 단량체 (B) 2.0∼50.0질량%, 비중합성 화합물 (C) 40.0∼80.0질량%, 광 중합 개시제 (D) 0.1∼5.0질량%와 다관능성 불포화 단량체 (E) 0.5∼5.0질량%를 함유하고, 활성 에너지선 조사에 의해 얻어진 경화물이 수(水) 팽윤성인 것을 특징으로 하는 서포트재용 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
다관능성 불포화 단량체 (E)가 폴리우레탄(메타)아크릴아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
이온성 단량체 (A)는, 양이온성 단량체 (a1) 및/또는 음이온성 단량체 (a2)인 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
비이온성 수용성 단량체 (B)는, N-치환 (메타)아크릴아미드인 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
비이온성 수용성 단량체 (B)는, N-(2-하이드록시에틸)아크릴아미드 및/또는 N-아크로일모르폴린인 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
비중합성 화합물 (C)는, 물 및/또는 비중합성 수용성 유기 화합물인 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
비중합성 화합물 (C)는, 알킬렌글리콜 구조를 함유하는 화합물인 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물을 함유하는 3차원 조형용 잉크젯 잉크 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물을 활성 에너지선 조사에 의해 경화하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 서포트재.
