Claims (6)
- 저탄소 저합금강과 스테인리스강으로 이루어지는 클래드 강이 소재인 전봉 용접 스테인리스 클래드 강관으로서, 전봉 용접 상태에서 전봉 용접부의 편평 특성이 하기 식 (1) 을 만족하는 전봉 용접 스테인리스 클래드 강관:
h/D < 0.3 … (1)
여기서, h:편평 균열 높이 (㎜)
D:관외경 (㎜). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전봉 용접부의 판두께 tw 가 하기 식 (2) 를 만족하는 전봉 용접 스테인리스 클래드 강관:
0.7 × tb < tw < 1.6 × tb … (2)
여기서, tb:모재부의 판두께 (㎜)
tw:전봉 용접부의 판두께 (㎜). - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전봉 용접 스테인리스 클래드 강관의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 전봉 용접시에, 피용접부를 불활성 가스로 이루어지는 실드 가스로 가스 실드하는 전봉 강관의 소관 피용접부 실드 방법을 사용하여, 상기 피용접부에 대해 그 피용접부 상단으로부터 5 ∼ 300 ㎜ 상방의 위치에, 소관 둘레 방향에 대해 3 층으로 분할한 가스 방출구를 배위한 실드 가스 분사용 노즐의 상기 가스 방출구로부터 상기 실드 가스를, 상기 3 층 중 중앙층의 가스 방출구로부터의 가스 방출 유속 B 는, 0.5 ∼ 50 m/s 로 하고, 나머지 양단층의 가스 방출구로부터의 가스 방출 유속 A (m/s) 는 하기 식 (3) 을 만족하는 유속으로 하여 분사하는 전봉 용접 스테인리스 클래드 강관의 제조 방법:
0.01 ≤ B/A ≤ 10 … (3). - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 가스 방출구의 형상은, 치수의 통관 방향 성분인 길이가 30 ㎜ 이상, 치수의 소관 에지 맞댐 방향 성분인 폭이 5 ㎜ 이상의 사각 형상인 전봉 용접 스테인리스 클래드 강관의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 가스 방출구의 전층 합병한 치수의 소관 에지 맞댐 방향 성분인 폭 R 은, 상기 가스 방출구의 바로 아래의 피용접부의 단면 간의 최대 간격 W 에 대하여, R/W > 1.0 이 되는 관계를 만족하는 전봉 용접 스테인리스 클래드 강관의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 불활성 가스 대신에 환원성 가스를 0.1 질량% 이상 함유하는 가스로 하는 전봉 용접 스테인리스 클래드 강관의 제조 방법.
