Claims (12)
- 차량의 좌우 차륜 사이에 설치되고 제1 방향으로 연장 형성되는 스태빌라이저 바 및 상기 스태빌라이저 바와 연결되는 스태빌라이저 링크를 이동시켜 상기 스태빌라이 바의 강성 값을 조절하는 액티브 롤 제어장치로서,
일측은 상기 스태빌라이저 바에 연결되고, 타측은 스태빌라이저 링크와 연결되어 상기 스태빌라이저 링크를 제1 방향과 수직한 제2 방향으로 슬라이딩 이동시키는 슬라이딩부; 및
상기 슬라이딩부에 설치되어 상기 슬라이딩부가 슬라이딩 이동 시 이동을 제한하는 걸림부재를 포함하는 액티브 롤 제어장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이딩부는
일측은 상기 스태빌라이저 바의 일단부에 결합되는 조인트 샤프트; 및
일측은 상시 스태빌라이저 링크의 일단부에 결합되고, 상기 조인트 샤프트가 내부에 삽입되어 제2 방향으로 상기 조인트 샤프트의 외측면을 따라 슬라이딩 이동 가능한 체결부재를 포함하는 액티브 롤 제어 장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 조인트 샤프트는 원통 형상이고, 상기 조인트 샤프트의 외주면에는 상기 조인트 샤프트의 연장방향을 따라 가이드홈이 형성되어 상기 체결부재는 상기 가이드홈을 따라 슬라이딩 이동되는 액티브 롤 제어 장치. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 걸림부재는
상기 조인트 샤프트의 상기 가이드홈의 내측 일면에 상기 조인트 샤프트의 반경 방향 외측으로 돌출 형성된 제1 돌기 및
상기 체결부재의 내측면에는 상기 제1 돌기에 대응하도록 상기 체결부재의 내측방향으로 돌출 형성된 제2 돌기를 포함하는 액티브 롤 제어 장치. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 돌기는 복수개로 형성되고, 상기 복수개의 제1 돌기는 상기 가이드홈의 연장방향을 따라 이격 배치되는 액티브 롤 제어장치. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 제1 돌기는 상기 조인트 샤프트의 원주방향으로 따라 이격 배치되는 액티브 롤 제어장치. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 돌기 및 상기 제2 돌기는 탄성 재질인 액티브 롤 제어 장치. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 돌기는
단면이 반원인 제1 탄성부 및
단면이 원형이고, 일단부는 상기 제1 탄성부의 내주면에 접하고, 타단부는 상기 가이드홈 내측 일면에 접하여 상기 제1 탄성부를 지지하는 제2 탄성부를 포함하는 액티브 롤 제어 장치. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 돌기는
일단부가 상기 제1 탄성부의 내측 일면에 결합되고, 타단부가 상기 가이드홈의 내측 일면에 결합되는 제3 탄성부 및
일단부가 상기 제1 탄성부의 내측 타면에 결합되고, 타단부가 상기 가이드홈의 내측 타면에 결합되는 제4 탄성부를 더 포함하는 액티브 롤 제어장치. - 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 탄성부 및 상기 제4 탄성부는 평행하게 위치하고, 상기 제3 탄성부 및 상기 제4 탄성부는 한 쌍으로 X자 형상인 액티브 롤 제어장치. - 제10 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 탄성부 일측면 및 상기 제3 탄성부 일측면과 대향하는 상기 제4 탄성부 일측면 사이에 상기 제2 탄성부가 배치되는 액티브 롤 제어장치. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 탄성부, 상기 제3 탄성부 및 상기 제4 탄성부는 판 스프링이고, 상기 제2 탄성 부재는 코일 스프링인 액티브 롤 제어 장치.
