Definitions
- the car When the car is in a balanced state, it is like the car is stable on several springs, and if the car is bent or accelerated or decelerated in a balanced state, centrifugal force or inertia force is further applied to the previously distributed load applied to each wheel.
- the action of the centrifugal force or inertial force creates wheels with more load and wheels with reduced load from the existing suspended loads, depending on the direction of the force and the position of the wheels. . As a result of this, the car is tilted left and right or back and forth.
- the inertial force acts backward, increasing the load on the rear wheels and reducing the load on the front wheels, making the vehicle easier to tilt back.
- the inertial force acts forward, the load on the front wheel increases, and the load on the rear wheel decreases, so the car tends to tilt forward.
- the inclination of the car forward or backward will be referred to as'pitching' and swaying back and forth as'pitching'.
- the conventional stabilizer is installed between two wheels to reduce rolling or pitching of the vehicle when the vehicle is subjected to a centrifugal or inertial force in a balanced state to generate rolling or pitching, so that the springs of the two wheels cannot easily move independently of each other.
- the higher the torsional stiffness of the stabilizer bar the smaller the torsion occurs and the more the spring of the two wheels compresses to the same length, making the car more rolling or pitching.
- the higher the torsional stiffness the greater the tendency for the springs of two wheels to compress to the same length, which limits the impact of the impact of the obstacle when one wheel crosses the obstacle to the wheel in which the collision occurred, and the wheel connected by the stabilizer also impacts.
- the influence of the vehicle body was made larger by making it more influenced by.
- the conventional stabilizer has difficulties and limitations in simultaneously improving to reduce torsional stiffness by reducing the rolling or pitching of a vehicle subjected to centrifugal force or inertia and reducing the impact of an obstacle impact received by one wheel on the vehicle body.
- the stabilizer of a vehicle is a device that improves resistance to roll or pitch of a vehicle by using the torsional elasticity of the torsion bar.
- the conventional stabilizer uses the torsional elasticity of the torsion bar to undermine the independence of the suspension device of each wheel in the process of implementing such a function and blocks the impact force generated when one wheel exceeds an obstacle from affecting the other wheel. It was difficult to do.
- the structure of the stabilizer bar between the left and right wheels of the vehicle is improved, so that the twist of the stabilizer bar is small while going straight, and the torque generation is reduced, so that the impact force generated when the wheel crosses an obstacle can be softly responded, and the stabilizer bar is used a lot during the curve.
- the torque generated by the torque increases, and the force caused by the torque of the stabilizer bar acts more strongly on the outer wheel spring of the rotation than the inner wheel spring of the rotation, and the outer wheel spring is longer than the inner wheel spring to reduce the roll due to centrifugal force or the vehicle. It is intended to improve riding comfort by tilting in the opposite direction to the centrifugal force.
- the structure of the stabilizer bar between the front and rear wheels of the car is improved to reduce the torque of the stabilizer bar during constant velocity and reduce the torque generation so that it can respond flexibly to the impact force generated when the wheel crosses an obstacle, and twist the stabilizer bar a lot during deceleration
- the spring of the front wheel is made longer than the spring of the rear wheel, and during acceleration, the stabilizer bar is twisted a lot to increase the torque. Or try to improve the ride comfort by tilting the car in the opposite direction to the inertia force.
- the stability of the stabilizer bar can be adjusted as needed to improve ride comfort.
- the stabilizer bar fixing device is intended to improve the ride comfort by acting as a spring to help the suspension device without the noise lubrication slip problem and to fix the stabilizer bar.
- the outer wheel spring makes the distance from the torsion bar closer to that of the inner wheel spring so that the force caused by the torque of the stabilizer bar acts more strongly on the outer wheel spring of the rotation than the inner wheel spring of the rotation during the car is curved.
- Method The smaller the turning radius of the car, the greater the difference in distance.
- the overall stiffness can be adjusted by changing the distance at which the torsional stiffness acts. It makes it possible to make the stiffness lower.
- torsion bar portion of the stabilizer bar When using a spline shaft control device, separate the torsion bar portion of the stabilizer bar in two, attach the helical spline gears to the separated ends, connect the two helical spline gears through the boss, and adjust the axial position of the boss to adjust the two helical spline gears. Use the method to adjust the relative degree of torsion.
- the stabilizer bar in order to adjust the elasticity of the stabilizer bar, is divided into a high rigidity part and a low rigidity part. Use the adjustment method. The longer the portion where the stiffness acts as the stabilizer, the lower the elasticity of the entire stabilizer.
- Section 4 linking and linking 3 linking may be used independently of the method using the spline shaft control device or the method using the elastic control device, but may be used separately with the spline shaft control device or the elastic control device. It can also be used in combination.
- the stabilizer bar fixing device uses a method of fixing the stabilizer bar with a spring that can allow small rotation.
- the stabilizer according to the present invention can be used between the left and right wheels of the vehicle and the front and rear wheels.
- the stabilizer according to the present invention is a simple device with low cost and allows maximum independence between wheels so that the vehicle can respond smoothly to obstacle impacts of the wheels while traveling at a constant speed, and rolls of the vehicle by centrifugal or inertial forces during bending or acceleration or deceleration. It will contribute to improve the ride comfort by reducing the pitch or tilting the car in the opposite direction of the centrifugal force or inertia force.
- using a method of fixing using a spring will easily eliminate the problem of noise or lubrication.

- the strut assemblies 17 and 18 are shown in FIG. 1, it is shown in FIG. 2 that they can also be used for various steering knuckles according to various types of suspension.
- the stabilizer driving links 21, 22, and 23 are connected to various steering knuckles.
- the conventional stabilizer bar is connected to one of various positions such as a suspension arm, a lower control arm, a strut assembly, and a steering knuckle through a stabilizer link to transmit the torsion of the stabilizer bar.
- the stabilizer driving links 7 and 8 play such a role.
- the stabilizer drive links 7 and 8 can be connected anywhere that rotates along the kingpin centerline. Strut assemblies and steering knuckles are also suitable places.
- the stabilizer drive link (7, 8) may be on the car side (21, 22) or wheel side (23) from the kingpin centerline.
- the ball joints 15 and 16 are rotatable and can be bent in all directions, but the arm link hinges 11 and 12 and the torsion link hinges 13 and 14 can only rotate around the center pin.
- These arm link hinges 11, 12 and torsion link hinges 13, 14 allow the angle between the stabilizer torsion bar 1, stabilizer torsion link 5, 6 and stabilizer arm link 3, 4 to be changed. It does, but it also transmits torque or lifting force. Therefore, the hinges should be wider around the axis than elongated in the central axis.
- the left stabilizer arm link (3) and the right stabilizer arm link (4) will lie on one plane and stretch and close and move closer together. Therefore, it is certain that the ball joints 15 and 16 connected to the stabilizer arm links 3 and 4 will also move on the same plane. However, since the ball joints 15 and 16 rotate about the strut assemblies 17 and 18 along the stabilizer drive links 7 and 8, the ball joints 15 and 16 move on a plane including the rotation circle. When the plane including the circle drawn by the ball joints 15 and 16 and the plane on which the stabilizer arm links 3 and 4 move are identically matched in the same plane, the stabilizer arm links 3 and 4 are moved according to the movement.
- Figure 3 is intended to aid in understanding by viewing and drawing these situations from various angles. And to generalize the strut assemblies 17 and 18 shown in FIG. 1, the term kingpin center lines 37 and 38 will be used.
- the left column is a left curve
- the middle column is a straight line
- the right column is a right curve state, as indicated by the direction of the car with a large arrow among 3 columns and 3 rows.
- the first row shows the link stabilizer 2 of FIG. 1 as viewed from the top
- the second row shows the link stabilizer 2 of FIG. 1 as the center of the strut assembly 17.
- the shape seen from the left shows the height change of the connected kingpin center lines (37, 38) when the stabilizer arm links (3, 4) move, without considering changes in load or centrifugal force, and the third row is the second row.
- the two kingpin centerlines (37, 38) shown in Fig. 3 are forcibly adjusted to the same height, the two kingpin centerlines (37, 38) are moved and overlapped to compare the movement of the linked links.
- the distance from the left ball joint (15) to the stabilizer torsion bar (1) (31) and the distance from the right ball joint (16) to the stabilizer torsion bar (1) (32) are the same while going straight. It can be seen that the left side is long during the left curve and the right side is long during the right curve, which means that the inner wheel side of the rotation is longer than the outer wheel side.
- the force F is inversely proportional to the distance r. That is, even if the torque is the same at both ends of the stabilizer torsion bar 1, the distances are different and the forces at the two ball joints 15 and 16 act differently.
- the figures shown in the second row are examined without considering the load or centrifugal force of the car, showing the case where the stabilizer torsion bar (1) is located lower than the plane containing the circle drawn by the ball joints (15, 16). .
- the circle drawn by the ball joints 15 and 16 is located at the position of the stabilizer driving links 7 and 8, and the stabilizer torsion bar 1 is located where the torsion link hinges 13 and 14 are located.
- This is a plate that can move the plane containing the circle drawn by the ball joints 15 and 16 in place and up and down.
- the plane where the stabilizer arm links 3 and 4 move is considered to be a board, and the board is tilted obliquely.
- this board may increase or decrease in length. So when the length of the board increases, the plate is pushed up, and when it is reduced, the plate is pulled down.
- the degree to which the plate is pushed up according to the length of the length of the board is also related to the slope of the board. For example, if the board is not slanted and horizontal, the dish will not move up and down.
- the straight line shown in the middle column of the second row shows the distance from the left ball joint (15) to the stabilizer torsion bar (1) (31) and the distance from the right ball joint (16) to the stabilizer torsion bar (1) (32).
- the heights of both kingpin centerlines 37, 38 are the same.
- the distance (31) from the left ball joint (15) to the stabilizer torsion bar (1) is longer than the distance from the right ball joint (16) to the stabilizer torsion bar (1) (32), Therefore, the height of the left kingpin center line 37 is high.
- the right kingpin center line 38 has a higher height than the left corner.
- the figures shown in the third row are to look at what happens to the stabilizer torsion bar (1) and stabilizer torsion links (5, 6) when the height of the two kingpin centerlines (37, 38) is the same due to the load or centrifugal force of the car.
- the two stabilizer arm links (3, 4) which were in parallel, still remain unchanged while in straight, but the two stabilizer arm links (3, 4) are no longer in parallel and are on one plane while in the curve. It can be seen that it becomes impossible, and thus it can be seen that the torsion bar 1 and the stabilizer torsion links 5 and 6 are twisted.
- the dashed lines visible in the left and right columns indicate the positions before the two stabilizer arm links (3, 4) are twisted.
- Stabilizer arm links (3, 4), as in the case of a straight line in the middle row, will remain parallel and there will be no torque if the stabilizer torsion bar (1) and stabilizer torsion links (5, 6) do not twist. When twisting occurs, the stabilizer torsion bar 1 and the stabilizer torsion links 5 and 6 generate torque.
- the left stabilizer arm link (3) is twisted downward to generate a force to push upward, and the distance (31) between the ball joint (15) and the stabilizer torsion bar (1) is The distance, the influence of the force by the torque of the stabilizer torsion bar 1 is small, and the right stabilizer arm link 4 is twisted upward to generate a force to pull down, and the ball joint 16 and the stabilizer torsion bar 1 ), the distance between 32 is close, and the influence of the force due to the torque of the stabilizer torsion bar 1 is large. Therefore, the left wheel receives a small force that makes it closer to the body, and the right wheel receives a large force that makes it far from the body.
- the torque generated by the stabilizer torsion bar (1) and the stabilizer torsion links (5, 6) is to make the vehicle tilt to the left.
- This tendency is offset by the tendency of the car to tilt to the right under centrifugal force during a leftward turn, so that the car is less inclined or rather tilted to the left to improve ride comfort.
- the case of the right-going jin reverses the direction of the left-going jin, making the right wheel closer to the vehicle body from the torque generated by the stabilizer torsion bar (1) and stabilizer torsion link (5, 6). It receives a small force, and the left wheel receives a large force that moves it away from the body. In other words, you can see that the car is tilted to the right. This tendency is offset by the tendency of the car to tilt to the left under centrifugal force during a sway, so the car can be tilted less or tilted to the right to improve ride comfort.
- the torque generated by the stabilizer torsion bar (1) and the stabilizer torsion link (5, 6) gives the inner wheel of rotation a small force that brings it closer to the body, and the outer wheel makes it far from the body.
- the car will be tilted less out of rotation It is tilted inward of the rotation.
- FIG. 4 shows a case in which the stabilizer driving link 7 and 8 are connected to the wheel side of the strut assembly 17 and 18 when the 4-section link stabilizer 2 shown in FIG. 1 is connected to the strut assembly 17 and 18. It is drawn for.
- the terminology of the kingpin centerlines 47 and 48 will be used to generalize the strut assemblies 17 and 18.
- the left column is a left curve
- the middle column is a straight line
- the right column is a right curve state, as indicated by the direction of the car with a large arrow among 3 columns and 3 rows.
- the first row shows the link stabilizer 2 in section 4 as a whole seen from above
- the second row shows the link stabilizer 2 in section 4 as viewed from the left side of the strut assembly 17.
- the stabilizer arm links (3, 4) move without consideration of changes in load or centrifugal force, etc.
- the height of the center line (47, 48) of the connected kingpins is displayed as the center
- the third row is the two kingpins displayed in the second row.
- the centerlines 47 and 48 were forcibly adjusted to the same height, the two kingpin centerlines 47 and 48 were moved and superimposed to compare the movement of the linked links.
- the direction of the large arrow is different from FIG. 3 but does not indicate backward, and it relates to where the stabilizer torsion bar 1 is positioned back and forth relative to the two wheels.
- the stabilizer torsion bar 1 is located at the rear of the two wheels and the front of the car is upward, but in FIG. 4 the lower is the front of the car, and the stabilizer torsion bar 1 is located at the front of the two wheels.
- the direction of the large arrow is also related to the vertical position of the stabilizer torsion bar (1). It should be drawn differently depending on whether (1) is above the stabilizer drive links (7, 8). 1 and 3 to 7 are both cases in which the torsion bar of the stabilizer bar is below the stabilizer drive links 7 and 8. If the torsion bar of the stabilizer bar is above the stabilizer drive link (7, 8), the large arrows in FIGS. 3, 4, 6 and 7 should change direction and the picture in the second and third rows should be different do. This will be described separately later.
- the figure shows the distance from the car's left ball joint (16) to the stabilizer torsion bar (1) (42) and from the car's right ball joint (15) to the stabilizer torsion bar (1). (41) is the same, so the heights of both kingpin centerlines (48, 47) are the same.
- the figure shows the distance (42) from the car's left ball joint (16) to the stabilizer torsion bar (1), and the distance from the car's right ball joint (15) to the stabilizer torsion bar (1) (41). ), and thus the height of the left kingpin center line 48 is high.
- the right kingpin center line (47) has a higher height than the left corner.
- the figures shown in the third row are to examine what happens to the stabilizer torsion bar (1) and stabilizer torsion links (6, 5) when the heights of the two kingpin centerlines (48, 47) are the same due to the load or centrifugal force of the car.
- the two stabilizer arm links (4, 3) which were in parallel, still remain unchanged while in straight, but the two stabilizer arm links (4, 3) are no longer in parallel and are on one plane while in the curve. It can be seen that it becomes impossible, and thus it can be seen that the torsion bar 1 and the stabilizer torsion links 6 and 5 are twisted.
- the dashed lines visible in the left and right columns indicate the positions before the two stabilizer arm links (4, 3) are twisted.
- Stabilizer arm links (4, 3), as in the case of a straight line in the middle row, will remain parallel and there will be no torque if the stabilizer torsion bar (1) and the stabilizer torsion links (6, 5) do not twist. When it occurs, the stabilizer torsion bar 1 and the stabilizer torsion links 6 and 5 generate torque.
- the left stabilizer arm link (4) is twisted downward to generate a force to push upward, and the distance (42) between the ball joint (16) and the stabilizer torsion bar (1) is The distance, the influence of the force by the torque of the stabilizer torsion bar (1) is small, the right stabilizer arm link (3) is twisted upward to generate a force to pull down, and the ball joint (15) and stabilizer torsion bar (1) ), the distance 41 is close, and the influence of the force due to the torque of the stabilizer torsion bar 1 is great. Therefore, the left wheel receives a small force that makes it closer to the body, and the right wheel receives a large force that makes it far from the body.
- the torque generated by the stabilizer torsion bar 1 and the stabilizer torsion links 6 and 5 is to make the vehicle tilt to the left.
- This tendency is offset by the tendency of the car to tilt to the right by centrifugal force during the left-hand turn, so that the car is less inclined or rather tilted to the left to improve ride comfort.
- the case of right-going jin reverses the direction of left-going jin, making the right wheel closer to the body from the torque generated by the stabilizer torsion bar (1) and stabilizer torsion link (6, 5).
- the torque generated by the stabilizer torsion bar (1) and the stabilizer torsion link (6, 5) gives the inner wheel of rotation a small force that brings it closer to the body, and the outer wheel moves away from the body. Due to the great force, the car is less inclined to the outside of the rotation or inclined to the inside of the rotation.
- the link stabilizer 52 of FIG. 5 replaces the conventional stabilizer bar, and informs that the stabilizer torsion bar 51 and the stabilizer arm links 53 and 54 are used, and the stabilizer torsion bar 51 ) And between the stabilizer arm links (53, 54), arm link sliding hinges (55, 56) are used, and the ball joint (15, 16) between the stabilizer arm links (53, 54) and the stabilizer drive link (7, 8). It has already been explained that) is used and that the stabilizer drive links 7 and 8 are attached to the strut assemblies 17 and 18. Although the strut assemblies 17, 18 are shown in FIG. 5, they can also be used for various steering knuckles according to various types of suspension.
- the stabilizer drive links 7 and 8 may be on the car side of the kingpin center line or on the wheel side.
- the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is fixed to the vehicle body through a fixing device.
- the stabilizer arm links 53 and 54 are one of the three link devices, and are effective link lengths. 5 shows that this link changes the length of the effective link through the sleeves of the female link sliding hinges 55,56.
- This is a simple device to aid understanding, and as a way to create a link that can change the effective length, the sleeves of the stabilizer arm links 53, 54 and the arm link sliding hinges 55, 56 can take a variety of different forms.
- the drawer rail has a ball bearing installed between the rails, and the syringe is a single stage, whereas the antenna-type fishing rod is multi-stage and curved and round in cross section.
- the stabilizer arm links 53 and 54 and the arm link sliding hinges 55 and 56 are not limited to the shape shown in the figure.
- the sleeves of the stabilizer arm links 53 and 54 and the arm link sliding hinges 55 and 56 represent ways of using a link capable of changing the effective length as in the above example.
- the ball joints 15, 16 are rotatable and can be bent in all directions, and the arm link sliding hinges 55, 56 have a sleeve that can be rotated around a pin in the middle of the hinge, and a stabilizer arm link into the sleeve (53, 54) can slide. Therefore, when there is no external force, the left stabilizer arm link 53 and the right stabilizer arm link 54 may move farther and closer together on one plane and move. Therefore, it is certain that the ball joints 15 and 16 connected to the stabilizer arm links 53 and 54 will also move on the same plane. However, since the ball joints 15 and 16 rotate about the strut assemblies 17 and 18 along the stabilizer drive links 7 and 8, the ball joints 15 and 16 move on a plane including the circle.
- the term kingpin center lines 67 and 68 will be used.
- the left column is a left curve
- the middle column is a straight line
- the right column is a right curve state, as indicated by the direction of the car with a large arrow among 3 columns and 3 rows.
- the first row shows the link stabilizer 52 of FIG. 5 as a whole seen from above
- the second row shows the link stabilizer 52 of FIG. 5 as the strut assembly 17.
- the shape seen from the left side of the figure shows the height change of the connected kingpin center lines (67, 68) when the stabilizer arm links (53, 54) are moved without considering changes in load or centrifugal force, and the third row is the second.
- the two kingpin centerlines 67 and 68 displayed in a row were forcibly adjusted to the same height, the two kingpin centerlines 67 and 68 were moved and superimposed to compare the movement of the linked links, respectively.
- the distance 61 from the left ball joint 15 to the stabilizer torsion bar 51 and the distance 62 from the right ball joint 16 to the stabilizer torsion bar 51 are the same while going straight. It can be seen that the left side is long during the left curve and the right side is long during the right curve, which means that the inner wheel side of the rotation is longer than the outer wheel side. Even at the torque of the same magnitude, the distance from the rotating shaft to the position where the force acts is inversely proportional, so the distance on the right is short during the left bend and strong force acts to increase the strength of the right wheel spring as a whole. As a result, the strong force acts as a result of increasing the strength of the left wheel spring as a whole. In other words, the strength of the outer wheel spring is increased compared to the inner wheel spring of rotation. During straight ahead, the inner wheel spring and the outer wheel spring have the same strength.
- the figures shown in the second row are examined without considering the load or centrifugal force of the car, showing the case where the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is located lower than the plane containing the circle drawn by the ball joints 15 and 16. .
- the circle drawn by the ball joints 15 and 16 is located at the position of the stabilizer driving links 7 and 8, and the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is located where the arm link sliding hinges 55 and 56 are located.
- the straight line shown in the middle column of the second row shows the distance from the left ball joint (15) to the stabilizer torsion bar (51) (61) and the distance from the right ball joint (16) to the stabilizer torsion bar (51) (62). The same, so the heights of both kingpin centerlines 67 and 68 are the same.
- the distance (61) from the left ball joint (15) to the stabilizer torsion bar (51) is longer than the distance from the right ball joint (16) to the stabilizer torsion bar (51) (62). Therefore, the height of the left kingpin center line 67 is high.
- the height of the right kingpin center line 68 is high, as opposed to the left-going jin.
- the figures shown in the third row look at what happens to the stabilizer torsion bar 51 when the heights of the two kingpin centerlines 67 and 68 are the same due to the load or centrifugal force of the car. It can be seen that the arm links 53, 54 are still in a parallel state while going straight, but during bending, the two stabilizer arm links 53, 54 are no longer parallel and cannot be on one plane, thus It can be seen that torsion is generated in the stabilizer torsion bar 51.
- the dashed lines shown in the left and right columns indicate the positions before the two stabilizer arm links 53, 54 are twisted.
- the stabilizer arm links 53, 54 remain parallel and no torque will be generated if the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is not twisted, but when the twist is generated, the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is This will generate torque.
- the left stabilizer arm link 53 is twisted downward to generate a force to push upward, and the distance 61 between the ball joint 15 and the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is The distance, the influence of the force caused by the torque of the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is small, and the right stabilizer arm link 54 is twisted upward to generate a force to pull down, and the ball joint 16 and the stabilizer torsion bar 51 ), the distance between (62) is close, and the influence of the force due to the torque of the stabilizer torsion bar (51) is large. Therefore, the left wheel receives a small force that makes it closer to the body, and the right wheel receives a large force that makes it far from the body.
- the torque generated by the stabilizer torsion bar 51 makes the vehicle incline to the left. This tendency is offset by the tendency of the car to tilt to the right by centrifugal force during the left-hand turn, so that the car is less inclined or rather tilted to the left to improve ride comfort.
- the case of Woogokjin reverses the direction of the case of the left-gookjin, and from the torque generated by the stabilizer torsion bar 51, the right wheel receives a small force to make it closer to the body, and the left wheel is the body. You will be given great power to make you far from you. In other words, you can see that the car is tilted to the right. This tendency is offset by the tendency of the car to tilt to the left under centrifugal force during a sway, so the car can be tilted less or tilted to the right to improve ride comfort.
- the inner wheel of rotation receives a small force that makes it closer to the vehicle body from the torque generated by the stabilizer torsion bar 51, and the outer wheel receives a large force that makes it far from the vehicle body, so that the vehicle goes out of rotation. Less inclined or tilted inward of rotation.
- FIG. 7 shows a case in which the stabilizer driving link 7 and 8 are connected to the wheel side of the strut assembly 17 and 18 when the section 3 link stabilizer 52 shown in FIG. 5 is connected to the strut assembly 17 and 18. It is drawn for.

- the middle column is a straight line
- the right column is a right curve state, as indicated by the direction of the car with a large arrow among 3 columns and 3 rows.
- the first row shows the link stabilizer 52 in section 3 as a whole seen from above
- the second row shows the link stabilizer 52 in section 3 as viewed from the left side of the strut assembly 17.
- the stabilizer arm links 53 and 54 are moved without considering changes in load or centrifugal force
- the height of the center line of the connected pins (77, 78) is displayed as the center
- the third row is the two king pins displayed in the second row.
- the centerlines 77 and 78 were forcibly adjusted to the same height
- the two kingpin centerlines 77 and 78 were moved and overlapped to compare the movement of the connected links.
- the direction of the large arrow is different from that of FIG. 6, but does not indicate backward, which is related to where the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is positioned back and forth relative to the two wheels.
- the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is located at the rear of the two wheels and the front of the car is upward, but in FIG. 7 the lower is the front of the car, and the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is located at the front of the two wheels.
- the figure shows the distance from the car's left ball joint (16) to the stabilizer torsion bar (51) (72) and from the car's right ball joint (15) to the stabilizer torsion bar (51). (71) is the same, so the heights of both kingpin centerlines (78, 77) are the same.
- the distance (72) from the car's left ball joint (16) to the stabilizer torsion bar (51) is shown in the figure (71) from the car's right ball joint (15) to the stabilizer torsion bar (51). ), and thus the height of the left kingpin center line 78 is high.
- the height of the center line of the right kingpin (77) is higher than the left corner.
- the figures shown in the third row look at what happens to the stabilizer torsion bar 51 when the heights of the two kingpin centerlines 78, 77 are the same due to the load or centrifugal force of the car. It can be seen that the arm links 54, 53 are still unchanged in parallel while going straight, but during stabilization the two stabilizer arm links 54, 53 are no longer parallel and cannot be on one plane, thus It can be seen that torsion is generated in the stabilizer torsion bar 51.
- the dashed lines visible in the left and right columns indicate the positions before the two stabilizer arm links 54 and 53 are twisted.
- Stabilizer arm links 54, 53 as in the case of straight in the middle row, remain parallel and no torque will be generated if the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is not twisted, but in the event of a twist, the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is This will generate torque.
- the left stabilizer arm link 54 is twisted downward to generate a force to push upward, and the distance 72 between the ball joint 16 and the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is Far away, the influence of the force by the torque of the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is small, the right stabilizer arm link 53 is twisted upward to generate a force to pull down, and the ball joint 15 and the stabilizer torsion bar 51 ), the distance 71 is close, and the influence of the force due to the torque of the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is great. Therefore, the left wheel receives a small force that makes it closer to the body, and the right wheel receives a large force that makes it far from the body.
- the torque generated by the stabilizer torsion bar 51 makes the vehicle incline to the left.
- the spline shaft stabilizer 82 of FIG. 8 replaces the conventional stabilizer bar, and the spline shaft control device 81 and the torsion bar portions 85 and 86 of the stabilizer bar and the arm portion of the stabilizer bar 83 , 84) that the stabilizer bar of the stabilizer bar is used, the torsion bar portions 85 and 86 of the two stabilizer bars are connected via the spline shaft control device 81 and the torsion bar portions 85 and 86 of the stabilizer bar are

- the helical spline gears of opposite directions are formed on both sides by dividing from the center, and the distance between the two helical spline gears 93 and 94 is the two helical spline gears 93 and 94, respectively.
- the bar boss 91 is fixed so as to be positioned at a proper distance so as to be positioned in the center of the helical spline gears on both sides.
- the diagonal lines going inside the rectangle represent the helical spline gear of the stabilizer bar boss 91, and the thick diagonal lines on both sides of the inside of the rectangle are helical spline gear (93, 94).
- the helical spline gears 93 and 94 are rotatable in place but cannot be moved from side to side, and the stabilizer bar boss 91 can be rotated and moved from side to side at the same time.
- the stabilizer bar boss 91 rotates without moving from side to side regardless of the position, the torsion bar portions 85 and 86 of the two stabilizer bars have two helical spline gears 93 and 94 and the stabilizer bar boss ( 91) and rotate together in the same direction. If there was a twist between the two torsion bar portions of the stabilizer bar (85, 86), then there is no further twist in that state, as if the two were connected.
- both helical spline gears 93 and 94 are respectively inside the stabilizer bar boss 91 as shown in the figure inside the stabilizer bar boss 91. It sits in the center of both helical spline gears. This is when the torsion bar portions 85 and 86 of the stabilizer bar are relatively free from twist.
- the two helical spline gears 93 and 94 rotate in opposite directions as in the sliding direction.
- the gears of the helical spline gear (93, 94) slide along the slope of the helical spline gear of the stabilizer bar boss (91) as shown in the figure (99). Will rotate.
- the two helical spline gears 93 and 94 rotate in opposite directions. And these rotation directions are in the opposite direction to that of moving the stabilizer bar boss 91 to the right.
- the rotation of the helical spline gears 93 and 94 in the opposite direction to each other is equivalent to the rotation of the torsion bar portions 85 and 86 of the stabilizer bar in the opposite direction to each other, which means that the two are more twisted,
- the degree of twisting is proportional to the distance that the stabilizer bar boss 91 moves to the left or right.
- the movement and rotation of the stabilizer bar boss 91 can be simultaneously moved from side to side. That is, while the two helical spline gears 93 and 94 and the stabilizer bar boss 91 are rotated together in the same direction as if they are fixedly connected, the stabilizer bar boss 91 moves left and right to move the two helical spline gears 93 and 94. ), it is possible that additional torsion occurs.
- the direction in which the stabilizer bar boss 91 moves and the direction in which the two helical spline gears 93 and 94 are relatively twisted Is also related to the twisted direction of the helical spline gear 93, 94. If the twisting directions are reversed in FIG. 9, the direction in which the helical spline gears 93 and 94 are relatively twisted is reversed as the stabilizer bar boss 91 moves.
- the stabilizer bar boss 91 moves from side to side to cause relative torsion between the two helical spline gears 93 and 94. Make it the same.
- the elastic control stabilizer 82 and the spline shaft stabilizer 82 are to be used at the same time, and the spline shaft control device 81 and the elastic control device 131 are configured to be coaxial, the torsion bar portion of the stabilizer bar (
- the spline gears 143 and 144 are installed on the 135 and 136, and the elastic control bosses 141a and 141b formed by dividing the elastic control boss 141 of FIG. 13 into two parts on the outer surfaces of the spline gears 143 and 144 are formed. ), and it is preferable to install the stabilizer bar boss 91 on the outer surfaces of the elastic control bosses 141a and 141b.
- the left elastic control boss 141a has a left elastic control boss spline gear 141s
- inside the right elastic control boss 141b has a right elastic control boss spline gear 141p
- two elastic control bosses 141a , 141b) are connected to each other in vain.
- the left helical spline gear 93 is installed on the outside of the left elastic control boss 141a
- the right helical spline gear 94 is installed on the outside of the right elastic control boss 141b
- the outer stabilizer bar boss 91 is provided.
- the stabilizer bar boss gears 91s and 91p installed therein engage with each other.
- the two elastic control bosses 141a, 141b adjust elasticity through axial movement relative to the vehicle body, and the stabilizer bar boss 91 has two elasticity through axial movement relative to the two elastic control bosses 141a, 141b.
- the relative twist between the control bosses 141a, 141b is adjusted.
- the relative torsion generated between the two elastic control bosses 141a and 141b is transmitted to the two spline gears 143 and 144 as it is to adjust the relative torsion between the torsion bar portions 135 and 136 of the two stabilizer bars.
- the stabilizer bar boss 91 When the two elastic control bosses 141a and 141b adjust elasticity through the axial movement relative to the vehicle body, the stabilizer bar boss 91 should move with the two elastic control bosses 141a and 141b, and the stabilizer bar boss 91 When adjusting the relative twist between the two elastic control bosses 141a, 141b through axial movement relative to the two elastic control bosses 141a, 141b, the two elastic control bosses 141a, 141b should not move in the axial direction do.
- the stabilizer bar boss carrier rail 95 is installed on one elastic control boss 141a or 141b, or the brake cable Alternatively, it is also called Bowden cable, and it uses the wire wire bending cable that has a lot of appearance on bicycles. As in the method used in bicycle caliper brakes, it pulls the line with the spring, and the line and the exterior are stabilizer bar boss 91 and elastic control boss 141a Or it is easy to adjust by dividing and fixing in 141b) and pulling and slowing the line.
- the left column is left curved
- the middle column is straight
- the right column is right during the three columns and three rows, as indicated by the large arrow.
- the first row shows the spline shaft stabilizer 82 of FIG. 8 as viewed from above, and the movement of the stabilizer bar boss 91 to the left and right is well represented
- the second row shows the spline shaft stabilizer 82 of FIG.
- the left side of the stabilizer link (87) when the arm portions (83, 84) of the stabilizer bar are moved without considering changes in load or centrifugal force, the height of the connected stabilizer links (87, 88) is focused.
- the two rows of stabilizers are compared to compare the movement of the arm portions 83 and 84 of the connected stabilizer bar when forcibly adjusting the two stabilizer links 87 and 88 shown in the second row to the same height. (87, 88) was moved and superimposed.
- the positions of the stabilizer bar boss 91 can be confirmed through the pictures shown in the first row. It can be seen that from a position in a straight line, it moves to the right during a left turn and to the left during a right turn.
- the left and right movement directions of the stabilizer bar boss 91 with respect to the left or right curve may be changed by changing the twist direction of the helical spline gears 93 and 94.
- the movement of the stabilizer bar boss 91 to the right or left is by a driving device not shown.
- the figures shown in the second row are examined without considering the load or centrifugal force of the car.
- the arm portions (83, 84) of both stabilizer bars are parallel to each other and the stabilizer links (87, 88) are shown.
- the arm portions 83 and 84 of the two stabilizer bars are relatively twisted, and the height of the left stabilizer link 87 is high.
- the right stabilizer link 88 has a high height as shown in the right column.
- the pictures shown in the third row look at what happens to the torsion bar portions (85, 86) of the stabilizer bar when the height of the two stabilizer links (87, 88) is the same due to the load or centrifugal force of the car. It can be seen that the torsion bar portions 85 and 86 of the stabilizer bar without this still have no torsion during straight, but the torsion bar portions 85 and 86 of the stabilizer bar during torsion may occur.
- the arm portions 83 and 84 of the stabilizer bar remain parallel and the torsion bar portions 85 and 86 of the stabilizer bar do not twist, as in the case of a straight line in the middle column, no torque will be generated, but if a twist occurs
- the torsion bar portions 85 and 86 of the stabilizer bar generate torque.
- the arm portion 83 of the left stabilizer bar is twisted downward to generate a force to push upward, and the arm portion 84 of the right stabilizer bar is twisted upward to pull down. Force arises. Therefore, the left wheel receives the force that makes it closer to the body, and the right wheel receives the force that makes it far from the body.
- the torque generated by the torsion bar portions 85 and 86 of the stabilizer bar is to make the vehicle tilt to the left. This tendency is offset by the tendency of the car to tilt to the right under centrifugal force during a leftward turn, so that the car is less inclined or rather tilted to the left to improve ride comfort.
- the case of the right-going jin reverses the direction of the left-going jin, and the torque on the torsion bar portions (85, 86) of the stabilizer bar receives the force that makes the right wheel closer to the vehicle body.
- the left wheel receives the force that moves it away from the body.
- the torque generated by the torsion bar portions (85, 86) of the stabilizer bar receives the force to bring the inner wheel closer to the vehicle body and the outer wheel receives the force to move away from the vehicle body.
- the torque generated by the torsion bar portions (85, 86) of the stabilizer bar receives the force to bring the inner wheel closer to the vehicle body and the outer wheel receives the force to move away from the vehicle body.
- the arm portions (83, 84) of both stabilizer bars are parallel to each other in the second row, and the heights of the stabilizer links (87, 88) are the same, so that the torsion bar portion of the stabilizer bar was not twisted. (85, 86) the third row still has no twist. When there is no twist, the torsion bar portions 85 and 86 of the stabilizer bar do not generate torque.
- the fact that the outer wheel of the car receives a large force from the stabilizer means that the elastic strength is increased and the spring is hardened.
- the centrifugal force acts on the curve, it may be better to bounce the outer wheel more than the inner wheel bounces a lot. This is because the centrifugal force returns to the outside wheel by sinking the raised body, while in the case of the inside wheel, the raised body is lifted further to prevent return.
- the stabilizer torsion bar 1 is above the stabilizer drive links 7 and 8 and in FIG. 5 the stabilizer torsion bar 51 is above the stabilizer drive links 7 and 8, briefly in front. 3, 4, 6 and 7 will vary as described. It is not possible to describe them all from the beginning by drawing a picture, and if only the conclusion is introduced, the position of the stabilizer torsion bar (1) or the stabilizer torsion bar (51) with respect to the wheels is reversed, so that the one installed in the front of the car is rearward and rearward. What was installed on the front should be installed forward, the rotating inner wheel responds firmly to the impact, the outer wheel reacts softly, and the car is tilted inward of the rotation.
- Section 4 link stabilizer (2) and section 3 link stabilizer (52) have few parts to adjust externally for torque generation, but the spline shaft stabilizer (82) can adjust the torque generation by moving the stabilizer bar boss (91) externally. . Because the wheels using the steering knuckle are close to the ones that can be used to move the stabilizer bar boss (91), all three methods can be easily used. Section 3 link stabilizer 52 and the spline shaft stabilizer 82 may be used at the same time, but the wheel not using the steering knuckle is equipped with a separate driving device, only the spline shaft stabilizer 82 can be used. Therefore, the spline shaft stabilizer 82 is also suitable for use in a place to reduce the pitch due to the inertia force due to acceleration and deceleration.
- the centrifugal force generated during bending is proportional to the steering angle, but also to the speed.
- Section 4 link stabilizer (2) and section 3 link stabilizer (52) is difficult to reflect the speed.
- the spline shaft stabilizer 82 is easy to reflect the speed.
- torsion bar portion of the stabilizer bar is twisted while the vehicle is curved or accelerated or decelerated, it is possible to expect a change in force and spring stiffness due to torque generation. It becomes possible to cope.
- Section 4 link stabilizer (2) and section 3 link stabilizer (52), if necessary, the torsion bar can be set separately for each wheel, or one torsion bar can be fixed so as not to rotate in the center. It is not necessary to tie both wheels through the torsion bar, so that even if there is an impact from an obstacle on one wheel, the other wheel does not affect the torsion bar.
- FIG. 13 shows a detailed picture for understanding the elastic control device 131 and the structure of the elastic control boss 141.
- the elastic control device 131 shown in FIG. 13 includes an elastic control boss 141, an elastic control boss carrier 142, an elastic control boss carrier rail 145, and an elastic control boss carrier drive rod 146.
- the elastic control device 131 performs a function of allowing the elastic control boss 141 to move left and right at the same time as rotation, and FIG. 13 is only the simplest example suitable there, and may be integrated with a driving device not shown. In the above configuration, the elastic control device is not limited.
- a short elastic control boss spline gear 141s on the left and a long elastic control boss spline gear 141p on the right are formed, and the left elastic control boss spline gear 141s controls the right elasticity.
- the radius is also slightly smaller than the boss spline gear (141p).
- Spline gears 143 and 144 are formed at one end of the torsion bar portions 135 and 136 of the two stabilizer bars, respectively.
- the two spline gears 143 and 144 are installed so as to be separated at close distances.
- the elastic control boss 141 having elastic control boss spline gears 141s and 141p formed therein to engage the gears on both sides of the two spline gears 143 and 144 is elastic with the elastic control boss carrier 142
- the control boss carrier drive rod 146 and the drive device connected to the elastic control boss carrier drive rod 146 may move left and right using the elastic control boss carrier rail 145.
- the elastic control boss carrier rail 145 is fixed to the vehicle body.
- the not-shown driving device may be an actuator including a hydraulic device, an actuator including an electric motor and a screw shaft, and the like.
- the left spline gear 143 has a smaller effective radius to determine stiffness when acting as a torsion bar compared to the torsion bar portion 135 of the stabilizer bar.
- the left picture 148 is a deep groove
- the right picture 149 is a narrow and deep groove in the bone, which is twisted when a torsional force is applied. It can be used as a way to reduce the stiffness of determining the angle.
- the stiffness can be adjusted low through heat treatment or other means of the left spline gear 143 portion.
- the left spline gear 143 and the right spline gear 144 can rotate in place, but do not move left and right.
- the elastic control boss 141 rotates with the two spline gears 143 and 144, and can move left and right. As the elastic control boss 141 moves to the left and right, only the engagement position of the left elastic control boss spline gear 141s and the left spline gear 143 is between the left spline gear 143 and the right spline gear 144. Torsional or torsional forces are transmitted to both sides without filtration.
- the left spline gear 143 there is no torsion and no torsional force in the right part, and the torsion bar does not act as a torsion bar, and the torsion bar is applied to the left part. There is also twist and acts as a torsion bar.
- the left spline gear 143 is less rigid than the torsion bar portions 135 and 136 of the stabilizer bar. Therefore, it can be said that the total elasticity of the stabilizer bar decreases because the torsion angle increases for the same torsional force as the portion of the left spline gear 143 acting as a torsion bar increases. That is, the overall elasticity of the stabilizer bar can be changed according to the movement of the elastic control boss 141 from side to side.
- the elastic control stabilizer 82 may be used simultaneously with other stabilizers, including the spline shaft stabilizer 82. If the elastic control stabilizer 82 and the spline shaft stabilizer 82 are to be used at the same time, the two stabilizers can be installed in series on the torsion bar portion of the stabilizer for easy use. If it is necessary to install the elastic control stabilizer 82 and the spline shaft stabilizer 82 in one place in a coaxial form, the elastic control device 131 and the spline axis control device 81 must be configured in a coaxial form. The shape implemented by slightly changing the shape of the boss 141 can be seen in FIG. 9.
- the length of the torsion bar is 1 m
- the radius is 0.03 m
- the turning force is 500 Nm
- the shear modulus of the material is 2,251,581,859
- the GJ of the elastic control boss 141 is equal to the GJ of the torsion bar
- the torsion constant and the torsion angle are respectively.
- the torsion constant K and the torsion angle of the spline gear are respectively
- the torsion angle is 0.8m and 0.2m of spline gear with 0.015m effective radius.
- the torsion angle increases by reducing the length of the torsion bar and increasing the length of the spline gear for 500 Nm of turning force. Increasing the torsion angle for the same turning force is evidence of the conclusion that the elasticity of the entire torsion bar decreases. .
- the helical torsion spring 111 is not only a spring that can transmit rotational force to an axis connected to its center, but also provides considerable support force to the left, right, up, down, front and rear, so that the stabilizer bar or the torsion bar portion 115 of the stabilizer bar is provided to the vehicle body. It can be used as a fixing device that can be fixed. In particular, since the spline shaft stabilizer 82 moves the stabilizer bar boss 91 by pushing it from side to side with a driving device, it is necessary to support the shaft connected to the center so that it does not move from side to side.
- the helical torsion spring 111 itself allows torsion, but does not use slip and does not allow lubrication, and no noise is generated during the torsion.
- the stabilizer bar or the torsion bar portion 115 of the stabilizer bar can be secured to the spiral torsion spring 111 using the bracket 112 and bolt nuts, or can be fitted with welding or strong pressure. It can be fixed by a method and fixing the spiral torsion spring 111 to the vehicle body can be performed using screws or bolt nuts.
- the torsional coil spring 121 is not only a spring capable of transmitting rotational force to an axis connected to its center, but also provides considerable support force up and down, left and right, and thus a stabilizer bar or torsion bar portion 125 of the stabilizer bar to the vehicle body. It can be used as a fixing device that can be fixed.
- the torsional coil spring 121 itself allows torsion, but since it does not use and does not allow slippage, there is no need for lubrication, no noise is generated during the torsion, and it is hardly pushed from side to side.
- the stabilizer bar or the torsion bar portion 125 of the stabilizer bar can be secured to the torsion coil spring 121 using the bracket 122 and bolt nuts, or can be fitted with welding or strong pressure. It can be fixed by a method and fixing the torsional coil spring 121 to the vehicle body can be performed using a screw or a bolt nut.
- the coupling mechanism or device that enables refraction in all directions from the center point will be referred to as a'refraction coupling mechanism'.
- the various ball joints used in the best form for the practice of the present invention were used on behalf of the four-way articulation connection mechanism. However, if the angle of refraction is small, it is possible to connect a soft material, such as a bushing, between two objects, without using a ball joint. Those that can be used when a four-way refraction connection is required will be included in the'four-way refraction connection mechanism'.
- the connecting mechanism or device that enables refraction from the center line to both sides will be referred to as a'bidirectional refractive connecting device'.
- the various hinges used in the best form for the practice of the present invention were used on behalf of a birefringence linkage mechanism. However, when the angle of refraction is small, it is also possible to use a hinge between two objects to connect an elastic material such as a leaf spring. Those that can be used when a birefringence connection is required will be included in the'birefringence connection mechanism'.
- the stabilizer according to the present invention can be used between the left and right wheels of the vehicle and the front and rear wheels. It will be easily available to improve the ride comfort of the car with a small cost and simple structure.

Abstract
Description

J = πr
4/2 = 1.27235x10
-6
φ = TL/GJ = 500x1/2,251,581,859/1.27235x10
K = J / 16 = 7.9521x10
-8
φ = TL
1/GJ + TL
2/GK
= 500x0.9/2,251,581,859/1.27235x10
-6
+ 500x0.1/2,251,581,859/7.9521x10
φ = TL
1/GJ + TL
2/GK
= 500x0.8/2,251,581,859/1.27235x10
-6
+ 500x0.2/2,251,581,859/7.9521x10
