도 3은 본 발명에 따른 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 일 실시 형태로서 도 2의 III부분의 확대 단면도이다.
도 4는 실시예 1, 2 및 비교예 1~6의 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 표면 경도를 측정한 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5는 실시예 3~8 및 비교예 7~10의 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 표면 경도를 측정한 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 6은 실시예 3~8 및 비교예 7~10의 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 운동 마찰 계수를 측정한 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (13)
- 강판에서 적어도 전지 용기의 외면측이 되는 면에, 무광택 또는 반광택의 니켈 도금층을 형성하는 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 제조 방법으로서,
욕온 70℃ 이상의 조건으로 도금 처리를 행함으로써 상기 니켈 도금층을 형성하는 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도금 처리에는 유기 황화합물이 첨가되지 않은 도금욕을 이용하는 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 도금 처리 후에는 상기 니켈 도금층의 열확산 처리를 행하지 않는 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 도금 처리에 의해 10g 하중에서의 마이크로 빅커스 경도(HV)가 280 이상인 상기 니켈 도금층을 형성하는 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 도금 처리에 의해 수직 하중 1N/mm2로 측정한 운동 마찰 계수가 0.40 이하인 상기 니켈 도금층을 형성하는 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 도금 처리에 의해 두께가 2.0μm 이상의 상기 니켈 도금층을 형성하는 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 도금 처리에 의해 전지 용기의 외면측이 되는 면 및 내면측이 되는 면의 양면에 상기 니켈 도금층을 형성하는 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
전지 용기의 내면측이 되는 면에 형성한 상기 니켈 도금층상에 니켈-코발트 합금 도금층을 더 형성하는 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 제조 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
두께가 0.03μm 이하인 상기 니켈-코발트 합금 도금층을 형성하는 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻은 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판을 성형 가공하여 이루어지는 전지 용기의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻은 전지 용기를 이용하여 이루어지는 전지의 제조 방법.
- 강판에서 적어도 전지 용기의 외면측이 되는 면에 무광택 또는 반광택의 니켈 도금층이 형성되는 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판으로서,
상기 니켈 도금층은 두께가 0.5~3.5μm이며, 부하 하중 100gf로 측정한 경우 표면의 운동 마찰 계수가 0.4 이하인 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판. - 강판에서 적어도 전지 용기의 외면측이 되는 면에 철-니켈 확산층으로 이루어지는 하지층과 무광택 또는 반광택의 니켈 도금층이 이와 같은 순서로 형성되는 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판으로서,
상기 니켈 도금층은 두께가 0.5~3.5μm이며, 부하 하중 100gf로 측정한 경우 표면의 운동 마찰 계수가 0.4 이하인 전지 용기용 표면 처리 강판.
