Claims (13)
- 금속박층과 가열 밀봉층을 접착제층을 통해서 적층하기 위한 접착제 조성물이며,
카르복실기 혹은 산무수물기를 가지는 폴리올레핀 수지(A)와, 불포화 지방산의 중합체(B1)와 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 가지는 화합물(B2)과의 반응으로 얻어지는 에폭시 화합물(B)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
에폭시 화합물(B)이, 불포화 지방산의 중합체(B1)와 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 가지는 화합물(B2)과의 반응 생성물을, 한층 더 수첨(水添)함으로써 얻어지는 에폭시 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
불포화 지방산의 중합체(B1)가, 탄소 수가 12~24개의 불포화 지방산을 2량화시킨 화합물 및 3량화시킨 화합물 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
2개 이상의 에폭시기를 가진 화합물(B2)이, 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 화합물 및 비스페놀 F형 에폭시 화합물 중 적어도 한쪽에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시 화합물(B)의 에폭시 당량이 200~7000임을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀 수지(A)의 질량 평균 분자량이 5만~50만임을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀 수지(A)가, 1-부텐과 다른 올레핀에서 얻어진 공중합체를, 한층 더 산(酸)변성함으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀 수지(A) 1그램당 카르복실기의 함유량을 X밀리몰, 산무수 물기의 함유량을 Y밀리몰로 했을 경우에, X+2Y가 0.05~0.6임을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀 수지(A)의 함유량을 P그램, 상기 에폭시 화합물(B) 중의 에폭시기를 Z밀리몰로 했을 경우에, Z/[(X+2Y)P]가 0.3~10임을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 접착제 조성물로 형성되는 접착제 층을 통해서 금속박층과 가열 밀봉층이 적층되어 이루는 적층체.
- 외층에서부터 순서대로, 수지 필름층, 금속박층, 접착제층, 가열 밀봉층을 필수로 하는 축전 디바이스용 포장재에 있어서,
상기 접착제 층이 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 접착제 조성물로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전 디바이스용 포장재.
- 제11항에 기재된 축전 디바이스용 포장재로 형성되어 이루는 축전 디바이스용 용기이며, 가열 밀봉층이 내면을 구성하는 축전 디바이스용 용기.
- 제12항에 기재된 축전 디바이스용 용기를 사용해서 이루는 축전 디바이스.
