Claims (16)
- 한 가닥 또는 복수 가닥의 모노사가 연사(twisting)되어 형성된 복수개의 연; 및
연과 연 사이에 형성된 틈새공간으로서, 세포의 입체적 성장공간 및 이동경로를 제공하는 섬유골;을 구비하는 세포배양 지지체용 원사. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모노사는 방적사, 필라멘트사 또는 슬리팅사(slitting yarn)인 세포배양 지지체용 원사. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원사는 섬유형성성분이 폴리스티렌(PS), 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리이더술폰(PES), 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드(PVDF), 폴리아크릴로나이트릴(PAN), 폴리디메틸실록산(PDMS), 폴리아미드, 폴리알킬렌, 폴리알킬렌옥사이드(poly(alkylene oxide)), 폴리아미노산(poly(amino acids)), 폴리알릴아민(poly(allylamines), 폴리포스파젠(polyphosphazene) 및 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리프로필렌옥사이드 블록공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 비생분해성 성분, 또는
폴리카프로락톤(polycaprolactone), 폴리다이옥사논(polydioxanone), 폴리글리콜릭산(polyglycolic acid), PLLA(poly(L-lactide)), PLGA(poly(DL-lactide-co-glycolide)), 폴리락틱산(Polylactic acid) 및 폴리비닐알코올(polyvinyl alcohol)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 생분해성 성분을 포함하는 세포배양 지지체용 원사. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 모노사는 섬도가 0.01 ~ 30 데니어인 세포배양 지지체용 원사. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원사는 복수 가닥의 모노사들을 구비하며,
상기 원사의 외부면에 형성되는 상기 모노사들 사이의 틈새공간인 미세섬유골을 더 포함하는 세포배양 지지체용 원사. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 슬리팅사는 소정의 폭을 갖도록 절단된 3차원 네트워크 구조의 나노섬유 웹인 세포배양 지지체용 원사. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 나노섬유 웹은 평량이 0.1 ~ 100g/㎡, 폭이 0.1 ~ 30㎜인 세포배양 지지체용 원사. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모노사는 표면에 고정된 세포의 부착, 이동, 성장, 증식(proliferation) 및 분화(differentiation) 중 어느 하나 이상을 유도하는 생리활성성분을 더 구비하는 세포배양 지지체용 원사. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 생리활성성분은 모노아민, 아미노산, 펩타이드, 당류(saccharide), 지질(lipid), 단백질, 당단백질(glucoprotein), 당지질(glucolipid), 프로테오글리칸, 뮤코다당(mucopolysaccharide) 및 핵산(nucleic acid) 으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 화합물 및 세포 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 세포배양 지지체용 원사. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 원사를 여러 가닥 포함하여 연사되어 형성한 복수개의 거대연, 및 세포의 입체적 성장공간 및 이동경로를 제공하는 거대연들 사이의 틈새공간인 거대섬유골을 포함하는 세포배양 지지체용 합연사.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 원사를 포함하는 세포배양 지지체용 원단.
- 제10항에 따른 세포배양 지지체용 합연사를 포함하는 원단.
- 제11항에 따른 원단; 및
상기 원단내 세포배양 지지체용 원사의 섬유골을 따라서 배양된 세포들;을 포함하는 조직공학용 이식체. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 세포는 전능줄기세포, 만능줄기세포, 다능줄기세포, 올리고포텐트(oligopotent) 줄기세포 및 단일줄기세포로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 줄기세포, 및
조혈모세포, 간세포, 섬유세포, 상피세포, 중피세포, 내피세포, 근육세포, 신경세포, 면역세포, 지방세포, 연골세포, 골세포, 혈액세포 및 피부세포로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 분화세포 중 1 종 이상을 포함하는 조직공학용 이식체. - 제12항에 따른 원단; 및
상기 원단내 세포배양 지지체용 원사의 섬유골을 따라서 배양된 세포들;을 포함하는 조직공학용 이식체. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 세포배양 지지체용 원사는 전능줄기세포, 만능줄기세포, 다능줄기세포, 올리고포텐트(oligopotent) 줄기세포 및 단일줄기세포로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 줄기세포, 및
조혈모세포, 간세포, 섬유세포, 상피세포, 중피세포, 내피세포, 근육세포, 신경세포, 면역세포, 지방세포, 연골세포, 골세포, 혈액세포 및 피부세포로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 분화세포 중 1종 이상의 세포를 배양하기 위한 지지체의 용도인 세포배양 지지체용 원사.
