Abstract
제1축의 주위로 회전하는 구동축을 가지는 구동장치, 및 제1축 상에 배치되어 구동축과 일체로 회전하는 제1의 걸어맞춤부재를 가지는 구동기구와 제1축 상에 배치되어 제1의 걸어맞춤부재와 떼어 내는 것이 가능한 제2의 걸어맞춤부재, 제1축상에 배치되어 제2의 걸어맞춤부재와 일체로 제1축의 주위로 회전 가능한 프로펠러 샤프트, 제2의 걸어맞춤부재를 제1축의 방향을 따라서 제1의 위치와 제2의 위치의 사이에서 왕복동 시키는 피스톤, 및 프로펠러 샤프트의 타단측과 연결하여 프로펠러 샤프트의 회전을 감속함과 함께, 대상물과 연결하는 출력축을 제2축의 주위로 회전시키는 감속장치를 가지는 동력전달기구를 구비한다.

Claims (7)
- 대상물을 경동하는 경동장치로서,
제1축의 주위로 회전하는 구동축을 가지는 구동장치, 및 상기 제1축 상에 배치되어 상기 구동축과 일체로 회전하는 제1의 걸어맞춤부재를 가지는 구동기구와,
상기 제1축 상에 배치되어 상기 제1의 걸어맞춤부재와 떼어 내는 것이 가능한 제2의 걸어맞춤부재, 상기 제1축 상에 배치되며, 일단측이 상기 제2의 걸어맞춤부재에 삽입됨과 함께, 상기 제2의 걸어맞춤부재와 일체로 상기 제1축의 주위로 회전 가능한 프로펠러 샤프트, 상기 제2의 걸어맞춤부재를 상기 제1축의 방향을 따라서 제1의 위치와 제2의 위치의 사이에서 왕복동 시키는 피스톤, 및 상기 프로펠러 샤프트의 타단측과 연결하여 상기 프로펠러 샤프트의 회전을 감속함과 함께, 상기 대상물과 연결하는 출력축을 제2축의 주위로 회전시키는 감속장치를 가지는 동력전달기구를 구비하고,
상기 프로펠러 샤프트는, 스플라인 축을 가지며,
상기 제2의 걸어맞춤부재는, 상기 스플라인 축과 서로 맞물리는 스플라인 구멍을 가지고,
상기 피스톤의 동작에 의해 상기 제2의 걸어맞춤부재가 상기 제1의 위치에 있을 때는, 상기 제1의 걸어맞춤부재와 상기 제2의 걸어맞춤부재가 이탈하며,
상기 피스톤의 동작에 의해 상기 제2의 걸어맞춤부재가 상기 제2의 위치에 있을 때는, 상기 제1의 걸어맞춤부재와 상기 제2의 걸어맞춤부재가 걸어맞춤함과 함께, 상기 스플라인 축과 상기 스플라인 구멍이 서로 맞물려 상기 제1의 걸어맞춤부재, 상기 제2의 걸어맞춤부재, 및 상기 프로펠러 샤프트가 상기 구동축과 일체로 회전하는 경동장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 감속장치는, 윤활유를 비축할 수 있는 유조와, 상기 유조로 관통하는 상기 프로펠러 샤프트의 타단측과 상기 출력축을 연결하는 복수의 톱니바퀴를 가지고,
상기 프로펠러 샤프트의 내부에는, 상기 제1축의 방향을 따라서 연재하며, 상기 유조와 연이어 통하는 입구와, 상기 스플라인 축 또는 그 근방에 개구하는 출구를 가지는 유로가 형성되며,
상기 유조에 비축된 윤활유는, 상기 유로를 흘러 상기 스플라인 축의 표면을 윤활하는 경동장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제2의 걸어맞춤부재를 장착한 상기 프로펠러 샤프트를 내부에 수납함과 함께, 상기 제1축의 주위로 상기 제2의 걸어맞춤부재 및 상기 프로펠러 샤프트를 회전 가능하게 지지하는 케이스체와,
상기 제1축의 방향을 따라서 연재하고, 상기 유조의 윤활유의 유면보다 상방에 형성된 제1의 공간과 연이어 통하는 입구와, 상기 프로펠러 샤프트와 상기 케이스체의 사이에 형성된 제2의 공간과 연이어 통하는 출구를 가지는 에어 통로를 더 구비하며,
상기 유조는, 에어 공급원으로부터의 퍼지용 에어를 공급하기 위한 에어 공급구를 가지고,
상기 제1의 공간에 공급된 퍼지용 에어는, 상기 에어 통로, 상기 제2의 공간을 통과하여, 상기 제2의 걸어맞춤부재와 상기 케이스체의 사이로부터 방출되는 경동장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,

상기 케이스체는, 상기 제1의 지지면이 형성된 원통 형상의 제1의 가이드 부재와, 상기 제2의 지지면이 형성된 원통 형상의 제2의 가이드 부재를 가지는 경동장치. - 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2축은 상기 제1축과 직교하는 방향으로 배치되고,
상기 복수의 톱니바퀴는, 상기 프로펠러 샤프트의 타단측의 단부와 서로 맞물리는 제1의 베벨기어와, 상기 제1의 베벨기어와 서로 맞물리는 제2의 베벨기어를 포함하는 경동장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1축과 상기 제2축은 같은 축상에 배치되는 경동장치.
