Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 적어도 층 (A) 및 층 (B)를 갖는 복합 중공사막이며,
상기 복합 중공사막의 외경이 20 내지 350㎛이고, 또한 내경이 14 내지 250㎛이고,
상기 복합 중공사막의 인장 탄성률이 1,000MPa 이상 6,500MPa 이하이고,
상기 층 (A)는 셀룰로오스에스테르를 함유하고,
상기 층 (A)의 두께가 0.01 내지 5㎛이고,
상기 층 (A)의 개공률 HA 및 상기 층 (B)의 개공률 HB가, HA<HB를 충족하는
복합 중공사막. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 중공사막의 최외층이 층 (A)인, 복합 중공사막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 층 (B)가 셀룰로오스에스테르를 함유하는, 복합 중공사막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층 (A)에 함유되는 셀룰로오스에스테르가 셀룰로오스아세테이트프로피오네이트 및 셀룰로오스아세테이트부티레이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물인, 복합 중공사막.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층 (B)에 함유되는 셀룰로오스에스테르가 셀룰로오스아세테이트프로피오네이트 및 셀룰로오스아세테이트부티레이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물인, 복합 중공사막.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층 (B)가 연속 구멍을 갖는, 복합 중공사막.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 길이 방향의 5% 신장 시의 응력이 30MPa 이상인, 복합 중공사막.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염화나트륨 농도 500mg/l의 수용액을 25℃, 압력 0.5MPa로 여과했을 때의 염 저지율이 90.0% 이상 99.9% 이하인, 복합 중공사막.
- 2 이상의 층을 갖는 복합 중공사막의 제조 방법이며, 다음 1 내지 3의 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 중공사막의 제조 방법.
1. 상기 복합 중공사막의 각 층을 구성하는 수지 조성물을 가열함으로써 용융하는 공정이고, 적어도 1의 층을 구성하는 수지 조성물은 셀룰로오스에스테르를 함유하는 공정
2. 용융한 각 층의 수지 조성물을, 중앙부에 기체의 유로를 배치한 다중 환상 노즐을 갖는 구금 내에서 합류시킴으로써 복합화하는 공정
3. 복합화한 수지 조성물을, 다중 환상 노즐로부터 공기 중에 토출하면서, 드래프트비 200 이상 1,000 이하로 권취하거나, 드래프트비 10 이상 200 이하로 방출한 중공사막을 배율 1.1배 이상 2.5배 이하로 연신 후에 권취하는 것 중 어느 공정
