Claims (14)
- 폴리에스테르계 섬유 및 바인더를 포함하는, 부직 섬유 구조의 성형체로서,
상기 바인더는 비습열 접착성 수지이고,
상기 성형체는 겉보기 밀도가 0.5~0.8g/cm3이며,
상기 성형체는 85℃ 온도 및 상대습도 85%에서 100시간 항온/항습 후 중량 변화율이 0.1% 미만인, 성형체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 성형체는 85℃ 온도 및 상대습도 85%에서 100시간 항온/항습 후 중량 변화율이 0.08% 미만인, 성형체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 성형체는 굴곡강도(Flexural Strength)가 20 MPa 이상이고, 인장강도 (tensile Strength)가 50 내지 80 MPa인, 성형체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 성형체는 굴곡강성(Flexural Modulus)이 1.0~1.5 GPa이고, 인장 강성 (Tension Stiffness)이 1.0~1.8 GPa의 범위인, 성형체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 성형체는 인장 신율 (Tensile Elongation )이 10~30%의 범위인, 성형체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 성형체는 박리강도가 150~200 N의 범위인, 성형체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르계 섬유는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 (PET), 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인, 성형체. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 바인더는 녹는점이 160℃ 이상인, 성형체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 성형체는, 폴리에스테르계 섬유의 코어부(core part); 및 상기 코어부를 둘러싼 비흡습성 공중합 수지인 시스부(sheath part);를 포함하는 시스-코어형(sheath-core type) 이성분(bicomponent) 섬유를 더 포함하는, 성형체. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르계 섬유는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 (PET), 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인, 성형체. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 비흡습성 공중합 수지는 85℃ 온도85℃ 온도습도 85%에서 100시간 항온/항습 후 중량 변화율이 0.1% 미만인, 성형체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 성형체는 가전용 구조재; 건축용 내외장 보드; 자동차 내외장재; 기차, 선박, 항공기용 내외장재; 칸막이용 보드; 또는 엘레베이터 구조재;에 사용되는 것인, 성형체. - 제1항의 성형체를 포함하는, 샌드위치 패널.
