Claims (12)
- 시트상의 골재의 한쪽 표면에 열경화성 수지의 필름을 용융 첩부하여 FRP 전구체를 제조하는 FRP 전구체의 제조 방법이며,
상기 골재의 한쪽 표면을 가열하는 골재 표면 가열 공정과,
상압 하에 있어서, 상기 필름의 양표면 중, 상기 골재측의 표면인 골재측 필름 표면을, 가열된 상기 골재의 한쪽 표면인 골재 표면에 압접시켜 FRP 전구체를 얻는 필름 압접 공정을 포함하는, FRP 전구체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름 압접 공정이, 상기 필름과 상기 골재를 가열하면서 압접하는 공정이며, 상기 골재 표면 가열 공정에 있어서의, 상기 골재의 한쪽 표면의 가열 온도가, 상기 필름 압접 공정의 가열 온도보다 5℃ 내지 70℃ 고온인, FRP 전구체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 골재측 필름 표면을, 상기 골재측 필름 표면측으로부터의 복사에 의해 가열하는 필름 예비 가열 공정을 더 포함하는, FRP 전구체의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 필름 압접 공정이, 상기 필름과 상기 골재를 가열하면서 압접하는 공정이며, 상기 필름 예비 가열 공정에 있어서의, 상기 골재측 필름 표면의 가열 온도가, 상기 필름 압접 공정의 가열 온도보다 5℃ 내지 70℃ 고온인, FRP 전구체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름 압접 공정을, 상기 열경화성 수지의 필름의 최저 용융 점도 온도의 -40℃에서부터 +20℃의 범위에서 행하는, FRP 전구체의 제조 방법.
- 시트상의 골재의 양쪽 표면에 각각 열경화성 수지의 한 쌍의 필름을 용융 첩부하여 FRP 전구체를 제조하는 FRP 전구체의 제조 방법이며,
상기 골재의 양쪽 표면인 골재 양표면을 가열하는 골재 표면 가열 공정과,
상압 하에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 필름 중 한쪽 필름의 양표면 중, 상기 골재측의 표면인 한쪽의 골재측 필름 표면을, 가열된 상기 골재 양표면의 한쪽 표면에 압접시키고, 상기 한 쌍의 필름 중 다른 쪽 필름의 양표면 중, 상기 골재측의 표면인 다른 쪽의 골재측 필름 표면을, 가열된 상기 골재 양표면의 다른 쪽 표면에 압접시켜 FRP 전구체를 얻는 필름 압접 공정을 포함하는, FRP 전구체의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 필름 압접 공정이, 상기 한 쌍의 필름과 상기 골재를 가열하면서 압접하는 공정이며, 상기 골재 표면 가열 공정에 있어서의, 상기 골재 양표면의 가열 온도가, 상기 필름 압접 공정의 가열 온도보다 5℃ 내지 70℃ 고온인, FRP 전구체의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 한쪽의 골재측 필름 표면을, 상기 한쪽의 골재측 필름 표면측으로부터의 복사에 의해 가열하고, 상기 다른 쪽의 골재측 필름 표면을, 상기 다른 쪽의 골재측 필름 표면측으로부터의 복사에 의해 가열하는 필름 예비 가열 공정을 더 포함하는, FRP 전구체의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 필름 압접 공정이, 상기 한 쌍의 필름과 상기 골재를 가열하면서 압접하는 공정이며, 상기 필름 예비 가열 공정에 있어서의, 상기 한쪽의 골재측 필름 표면 및 상기 다른 쪽의 골재측 필름 표면의 가열 온도는, 각각 상기 필름 압접 공정의 가열 온도보다 5℃ 내지 70℃ 고온인, FRP 전구체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름 압접 공정을, 상기 열경화성 수지의 필름의 최저 용융 점도 온도의 -40℃에서부터 +20℃의 범위에서 행하는, FRP 전구체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 FRP 전구체의 제조 방법에 사용되는 FRP 전구체의 제조 장치이며,
상기 골재의 한쪽 표면을 가열하는 골재 표면 가열 수단과,
상압 하에 있어서, 상기 필름의 양표면 중, 상기 골재측의 표면인 골재측 필름 표면을, 가열된 상기 골재의 한쪽 표면인 골재 표면에 압접시켜 FRP 전구체를 얻는 필름 압접 수단을 포함하는, FRP 전구체의 제조 장치. - 제6항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 FRP 전구체의 제조 방법에 사용되는 FRP 전구체의 제조 장치이며,
상기 골재의 양쪽 표면인 골재 양표면을 가열하는 골재 표면 가열 수단과,
상압 하에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 필름 중 한쪽 필름의 양표면 중, 상기 골재측의 표면인 한쪽의 골재측 필름 표면을, 가열된 상기 골재 양표면의 한쪽에 압접시키고, 상기 한 쌍의 필름 중 다른 쪽 필름의 양표면 중, 상기 골재측의 표면인 다른 쪽의 골재측 필름 표면을, 가열된 상기 골재 양표면의 다른 쪽에 압접시켜 FRP 전구체를 얻는 필름 압접 수단을 포함하는, FRP 전구체의 제조 장치.
