Claims (18)
- 복수개의 전지 셀 및 복수개의 냉각핀을 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈;
상기 이차 전지 모듈의 일측에 장착될 수 있는 일측 커버 형상으로 형성되며, 냉각 유로 및 차량에 장착되어 고정될 수 있는 브라켓을 포함하는 제1 구조체;

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 구조체는 플레이트; 및 상기 플레이트 양측에 마련되는 사이드 구조체;를 포함하고,
상기 플레이트는 상기 냉각 유로를 포함하며, 상기 사이드 구조체는 상기 브라켓을 포함하는, 이차 전지 팩.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 냉각 유로로 상기 냉각수를 유출입시키기 위한, 유입 유로 및 유출 유로는 상기 양측의 사이드 구조체에 각각 마련되는, 이차 전지 팩.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 플레이트의 상면에는 복수개의 단턱부가 이격되어 배치되고,
상기 이격되어 배치된 단턱부 사이에는 상기 이차 전지 모듈이 장착될 수 있는, 이차 전지 팩.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 플레이트의 일측 단부에는 릴레이(relay) 및 퓨즈(fuse)를 포함하는 스위치 부품이 안착될 수 있는 안착부를 포함하는, 이차 전지 팩.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이차 전지 모듈은,
상기 복수개의 냉각핀이 배열되고, 상기 복수개의 전지 셀은 상기 복수개의 냉각핀의 적어도 일측부에 배치되어 형성되는, 이차 전지 팩.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 냉각핀은 각각의 상기 냉각핀의 상부 및 하부 중 적어도 하나에서 결합되어 상기 이차 전지 모듈의 외형을 형성하는, 이차 전지 팩.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이차 전지 모듈은 상기 복수개의 전극 탭 전력을 상호 연결하기 위한 단자 버스바를 포함하고,
상기 단자 버스바는 상기 인쇄회로기판과 접촉되는, 이차 전지 팩.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이차 전지 모듈은,
인접한 상기 전지 셀의 전극 탭을 연결할 수 있는 단자부를 포함하고,
상기 단자부는,
상기 인접한 상기 전지 셀의 전극 탭 사이에 배치되어 상기 전극탭에 각각 접촉되는 접촉 단자부; 및 상기 접촉 단자부로부터 상기 전극탭의 외측으로 연장되는 날개 단자부;를 포함하는, 이차 전지 팩.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 단자부의 상기 날개 단자부는, 상기 단자부와 인접한 단자부의 날개 단자부와 대향하도록 위치되는, 이차 전지 모듈.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 대향하여 배치된 날개 단자부의 상기 전지 셀 방향 내측 사이에는, 지그 삽입 공간이 마련되는, 이차 전지 모듈.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 대향하여 배치된 상기 날개 단자부 외측에 상기 날개 단자부와 결합되는 단자 버스바를 포함하는, 이차 전지 모듈.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 단자 버스바가 상기 인쇄회로기판에 실장되어 있는 접촉 단자편과 접촉될 수 있는, 이차 전지 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2 구조체는,
외형을 이루는 하우징;
상기 하우징 내부에 형상되는 격벽; 및
상기 하우징과 상기 격벽 사이에 배치되는 인쇄회로기판 및 와이어 하네스;를 포함하고,
상기 하우징에 복수개의 통공이 형성되는, 이차 전지 팩.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 인쇄회로기판은 전압 측정 가능한 접촉 단자편을 포함하여, 상기 이차 전지 모듈의 단자 버스바와 접촉하여 전압을 측정하는, 이차 전지 팩.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 제2 구조체의 일면에는 릴레이(relay) 및 퓨즈(fuse)를 포함하는 스위치 부품의 교체가 용이하도록, 상기 안착부에 대응되도록 개방부가 형성되는, 이차 전지 팩.
- 복수개의 전지 셀 및 복수개의 냉각핀을 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈;
상기 이차 전지 모듈의 일측에 장착되어 상기 이차 전지 모듈을 보호하고, 상기 이차 전지 모듈을 냉각 시킬 수 있으며, 차량에 고정 가능한 제1 구조체;
상기 이차 전지 모듈의 측면에 장착되어 상기 이차 전지 모듈의 측면을 보호하고, 상기 이차 전지 모듈의 전력을 측정하고 제어하기 위한 측정제어회로가 실장되는 2 구조체; 및
상기 이차 전지 모듈의 타측에 장착되는 커버;를 포함하는, 이차 전지 팩.
- 청구항 17에 있어서,
상기 제2 구조체는 상기 이차 전지 모듈의 타측에 장착에 의하여 상기 측정제어회로와 상기 이차 전지 모듈을 전기적으로 탄성 접촉 연결하는 접촉 단자편을 포함하는, 이차 전지 팩.
