Claims (16)
- 높은 온도를 갖는 유체의 물리량을 감지하기 위한 감지 장치로서,
외부 금속 재킷, 상기 외부 금속 재킷 내에 배치된 전도체 그리고 산화마그네슘 절연체를 갖는 미네랄 절연 케이블;
물리량을 감지하도록 구성되며, 상기 미네랄 절연 케이블의 감지 말단에 결합된 감지 요소;
상기 미네랄 절연 케이블의 상기 외부 금속 재킷에 결합된 밀봉 플랜지 요소; 및
상기 밀봉 플랜지 요소와 상기 미네랄 절연 케이블의 상기 감지 말단 사이에서 상기 미네랄 절연 케이블의 적어도 일부를 둘러싸는 튜브형 요소
를 포함하며, 상기 튜브형 요소의 내부 표면의 대부분은 상기 미네랄 절연 케이블의 외부 표면으로부터 미리 정해진 거리를 두고 위치하여, 상기 미네랄 절연 케이블과 상기 튜브형 요소 사이에 갭을 형성하는 것인 감지 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 갭은 에어 갭인 것인 감지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브형 요소의 근위 말단은 상기 밀봉 플랜지 요소에 부착된 것인 감지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브형 요소는 상기 밀봉 플랜지 요소에 용접된 것인 감지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미네랄-절연 케이블을 상기 튜브형 요소 내에서 정렬하도록 상기 튜브형 요소는 적어도 하나의 방사상으로 크림핑(crimping)된 영역을 포함하는 것인 감지 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 튜브형 요소의 방사상으로 크림핑된 영역은 상기 튜브형 요소의 원위 말단 부분에 위치된 것인 감지 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 방사상으로 크램프된 영역은 서로로부터 동일한 거리를 두고 위치된 3개 이상의 딤플을 포함하는 것인 감지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 플랜지 요소는 링 부분과 튜브 부분을 포함하며, 상기 튜브형 요소는 상기 튜브 부분의 원위 말단에 부착된 것인 감지 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 플랜지 요소의 상기 튜브 부분의 상기 원위 말단은 상기 밀봉 플랜지 요소의 몸체 축과 상기 튜브형 요소의 몸체 축을 정렬시키도록 구성된 정렬 특징부(feature)를 포함하는 것인 감지 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 플랜지 요소의 상기 튜브 부분은 적어도 하나의 방사상으로 크림핑된 영역을 포함하는 것인 감지 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 튜브 부분의 방사상으로 크림핑된 영역은 상기 튜브 부분의 원위 말단 부분에 위치된 것인 감지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감지 요소는 온도를 감지하도록 구성된 것인 감지 장치.
- 높은 온도를 갖는 유체의 물리량을 감지하기 위한 감지 장치를 조립하는 조립 방법으로서,
외부 금속 재킷, 상기 외부 금속 재킷 내에 배치된 전도체 그리고 산화마그네슘 절연체를 갖는 미네랄 절연 케이블 및 물리량을 감지하도록 구성되고 상기 미네랄 절연 케이블의 감지 말단에 결합된 감지 요소를 포함하는 구성 요소를 마련하는 단계;
밀봉 플랜지 요소를 마련하는 단계;
상기 밀봉 플랜지 요소를 상기 미네랄 절연 케이블에 부착하는 단계;
튜브형 요소를 마련하는 단계; 및
상기 튜브형 요소의 내부 표면의 대부분이 상기 미네랄 절연 케이블의 외부 표면과 미리 정해진 거리를 두고 위치하여, 상기 미네랄 절연 케이블과 상기 튜브형 요소 사이에 갭을 형성하도록, 상기 미네랄 절연 케이블의 적어도 일부를 튜브형 요소 내에서 상기 밀봉 플랜지 요소와 상기 감지 요소 사이에 위치시키는 단계
를 포함하는 조립 방법. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 튜브형 요소의 근위 말단을 상기 밀봉 플랜지 요소에 부착하는 단계를 더 포함하는 조립 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 튜브형 요소 내에 상기 미네랄-절연 케이블을 정렬시키기 위하여 상기 튜브형 요소를 방사상으로 크림핑하는 단계를 더 포함하는 조립 방법.
- 높은 온도를 갖는 유체의 물리량을 감지하기 위한 감지 장치로서,
외부 금속 재킷; 상기 외부 금속 재킷 내에 배치된 전도체; 그리고 절연체를 포함하며, 감지 말단을 갖는 케이블;
물리량을 감지하도록 구성되며 상기 감지 말단에 결합된 감지 요소;
상기 케이블의 상기 외부 금속 재킷에 결합된 밀봉 플랜지; 및
상기 케이블과의 사이에 갭을 형성하기 위하여 상기 밀봉 플랜지와 상기 감지 말단 사이에서 상기 케이블의 적어도 일부를 둘러싸는 튜브형 요소
를 포함하며, 상기 갭은 측정을 위한 유체로 채워져 있는 것인 감지 장치.
